★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Dr. Anderson and her team took exceptional care of our french bulldog mix when we discovered she had an ulcer on her cornea. She had to have two procedures, and Dr. Anderson also consulted with an ophthalmologist in Minneapolis to ensure our dog was getting the best care/treatment plan. We are so grateful for such professional, compassionate, and thorough care. We highly recommend WF Animal Hospital! July 09 · Sarah DeJean
- I wouldn't trust anyone other than the team at West Fargo Animal Hospital with my dog. Joey has been through a lot in his young life and the team at WFAH have been there every step of the way to treat, care for, and heal him. Our monthly visits to the clinic are the highlight of his days. Everyone knows him by name and excitedly greets him when he strolls through the door. He literally bounces up and down with joy when he gets to go see his favorite people at WFAH. He came to me as a shy and scared pup, and his transformation into a happy and healthy adult dog is due in large part to the care and attention he's received at West Fargo Animal Hospital. I cannot thank them enough for everything they've done for Joey and me. They have made all the difference in our world, and I am so grateful to them for it! December 22 · Kay Weiss
- Always such a pleasure bringing our boys to see you! They all have unique personalities & the team knows just how to make them feel calm and comfortable! The follow-up to make sure our babies are feeling better is absolutely top-notch! Wouldn’t trust my fur babies with anyone else! November 17 · Crystal Hartman
- I really trust all individual staff members with my animals. They all seem to truly care and have my pet's best interest in mind. Both my cats have completely different personalities at the vet and I feel the staff knows how to best interact with my pets depending on who I'm bringing in. I can tell they keep good notes which I appreciate. My cats are less nervous here than any other vet I have been to due to the individuals working and how they care for them. Also, when answering questions and explaining cares, meds, procedures, etc the staff do a great job meeting you at your level to educate you. They do a phenomenal job explaining your options to you along with price estimates. I always feel very informed on my pet's status. May 30 · Andrea Markovich
- This is not completely about their services but a little is, my mom loves this hospital for her dog and had great things to say which is why I applied for a position with the company. I had applied for the position at 20-22/hr, got messaged for an interview and responding right away while the lady Heather took over 24hrs to respond each time which made it hard to schedule the interview. As the interview was coming up I went to look at the job description again just to be prepared and understand the position. I then saw different pay information and tried calling due to having to leave work early and lose pay for a job that might be way under what I require, I called 3 times and even called Heather and no answer, I did not text her due to her not being able to respond to messages within the day. I then got a text at the time of the interview asking where I was, I informed her of the situation and asked to reschedule and she then sent a passive aggressive message basically saying I’m doing everything wrong, while they have all the issues within their own company. This is just very unprofessional in my opinion and they need better management and I hope HR can see this and realize the people they hire.I left this review not to be rude but because I felt very offended and wanted to share my experience.
