Apr 20, 2025 · Janina SearlesThey are both not welcoming people. She literally hit my hand when I touch the bird. First she gave the bird to my 6 year old child , then when we touch again shehave to wash your hands. She did not offer where to wash our hand ignor both us as possible they can. They are both in their 60s or 70s with full of hate and felt us humiliated even my 6 year old daughter said they are not welcoming. They are both disgusting.
Apr 16, 2025 · zubeyir alpVery knowledgeable and great customer service. Brought my daughter's Bugie in for wing/nail clipping. Staff was great, patient and made us feel very welcome and comfortable as new bird owners with tons of questions.Loved the open atmosphere of the birds flying around. Even taught my daughter how to catch one of the birds; she absolutely enjoyed herself. Felt no pressure or coerced to purchase anything.Big thanks to previous reviewers of this business. Your reviews helped me decide on this place versus others and you didn't disappoint. Will be returning for sure to get any future food and clippings done here even though we are about 5hrs away....YES they are THAT good!
Feb 26, 2022 · ShamekaI was inquiring about my bird that I didn’t get from her. If you are an avid bird enthusiast, it is important to remember that the source of your birds does not diminish the value of providing helpful information. Her behavior was unacceptable, and I am unlikely to consider her as a future source of birds. Such treatment is not only disrespectful but also counterproductive to building a positive reputation and fostering customer loyalty.
Feb 25, 2025 · Chemise RomanI simply adore this place and everything about it. The owners are both delightful and always so happy to see you and happy to help. We have brought Mary Jane here for boarding every time we go on vacation as well as for getting her nails trimmed and they are so professional with that. I love that they have bird social hours and they have a fantastic selection of toys and very healthy bird food and treats. 🧡🧡
