Jan 15, 2021 · Ida RolonIf I could give 0 stars I would. My dog hasn't eaten in over a week without throwing up and constant diahrea. After spending $1000 on blood work; xrays and some medicine which arguably made him worse I was told to schedule a $600 ultrasound with their partnering imaging location. I was then told I'd have to provide a time frame of three days and hope that the doctor has an open spot that coincides with my availability. ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE of URGENCY.The front of house staffs attitude is horrible. Completely stand off ish, they gatekeep you from speaking to doctor. I was told to follow up BY the doctor if my dog worsened which he did; the front staff either didn't forward my message and I was ignored or simply forgot, the doctor was then off the following day with no doctor on shift to assist. Possibly worsening his condition. When I was finally seen again, the staff told my wife they lost my dogs chart as if that's OUR fault; the office was super packed with dogs and customers waiting outside. A clear sign of greed. The doctor is charming and is quick to make you laugh and put you at ease but it's all a farce because actions speak louder than words. He also refused to believe my dog wasn't eating; as if I'd be spending $1000 and not be fully transparent.Save your $ and go elsewhere where your pet is treated with the urgency they need.
Apr 16, 2024 · oliver taverasFIND SOME PLACE ELSE.I had previously used this clinic as my primary Vet back in 2016-2018. But then I moved, and I remember why.Recently my cat experienced eye problems and this was the only appointment I could get on a Sunday. While the doctor was nice he ultimately didn’t treat my cats eye as aggressively as he should’ve. He didn’t suggest blood work, or a more thorough eye exam which may have resulted in my cats eye becoming permanently damaged- something I discovered 10 days later when the eye drops he gave me didn’t really do anything except allow the undiagnosed glaucoma to shift to the other eye.I don’t like writing bad reviews but my cats life has been greatly affected. I had a follow up appointment that I’m glad I cancelled. I don't trust their opinion. I wouldn't even go so far as to use the word expert.UPDATE: After calling the a veterinarian eye specialist in the area I was told they have heard 'poor' reviews of this animal hospital from other patients. Please whoever is reading this please find another doctor to take care of your animal. My cat's sight may never return and part of it is due to the lack of true care given in his true time of need.
Nov 24, 2023 · Shelby CopppolaI can’t thank Dr. Mucera and the office staff especially Kiara for helping me. My Daughters dog swallowed a tube sock. So I called my veterinarian Dr. Thomas office in Ridgewood. I explained what happened with the dog. Kiara and Dr. Mucera instructed me what to do over the phone. Thank goodness it worked or else I was looking at a 8-10,000 dollar emergency operation. They were very informative, patient and most of all caring. February 2022J.M.
