What is worth choosing Animal Allergy and Ear Clinic? Our clients’ stories speak to the profound difference our specialized care can make. One pet owner wrote that Dr. Randall "took the time to listen to all of our concerns and worries on our first appointment. Don’t expect a short half-hearted visit. The clinic is throughout, detailed and precise." This attention to detail resulted in a plan that helped their old dog become "comfortable and happy in her skin!" - Videotoscopy
The Video Otoscope allows us to thoroughly assess and treat chronic ear conditions in your pet. Video Otoscopy is performed using an otoendoscope, camera, light source and monitor. The ear canal and the eardrum are brightly illuminated and magnified, enabling us to clearly visualize these parts of the ear. With a special attachment, masses can be removed via laser in a patient that is anesthetized. Foreign objects, debris and parasites can be removed from the ear using tiny grasping forceps. Certain surgical procedures such as ear biopsies or myringotomies can also be performed with the Video Otoscope. After the procedure, the Otoscopic exam will be uploaded onto a USB to take home.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Randall is a saint. We moved here years ago from the SW, and our old Aussie’s skin flared up from the change of environment. Dr. Randall took the time to listen to all of our concerns and worries on our first appointment. Don’t expect a short half-hearted visit. The clinic is throughout, detailed and precise, as is Dr. Randall. With some trial and error we figured out the best plan of action for our old girl’s skin! And she is now comfortable and happy in her skin! The clinic even helped us with our VERY REACTIVE German Shepherd-hybrid when he got a terrible ear canal hematoma during the pandemic. They were so kind to him and aware of his space - and he walked away all fixed up and comfortable with his visits (which is a huge deal for us).All in all our 16 year old Aussie wouldn’t be as happy, healthy and MOBILE as she is today without the care and support of Dr. Randall and each person at the clinic. Worth every dang penny.
January 05 · Ali MizellWonderful clinic and the best experience for my dog and I. My Clara is a high anxiety pup afraid of every doctor and clinic she’s ever been to. I knew this place was good when my girl jumps out of the car and wants to go in and greet the staff. She especially loves Dr Amy Randall. We have found many solutions for my dog here and hope to keep her healthy and happy for years to come.
January 01 · Jennifer WestlakeDr Randall & team are nothing short of outstanding. I knew it was a different culture there on our first visit when the tech came in & sat on the floor with my dogs. Then the doc did the same. Now, I sit on the floor when they show me into a room. My dogs have zero fear or anxiety there. The staff do their best to address the underlying issues vs only treat symptoms. They’re extremely conscientious & straightforward. I could probably find a vet derm closer to us (Vancouver WA) but its worth it to me that they get that level of care.
July 08 · Ashley CarsonOur 10 year old Westie, Evin, developed allergies around the time he was 3 years old. Poor guy suffered from hair loss, countless skin and ear infections, trialed several medications, even visited a Derm specialist in another state who did not help him. We are so grateful for the referral to see Dr. Randall who found a regimen that is helping our dear Evin!!! He is the happiest, healthiest and most comfortable he has ever been in at least 7 years. We literally have cried happy tears after seeing his improvement. We love Dr. Randall’s team!! She truly cares and goes above and beyond to listen and provide thoughtful and evidence based care! Just wow!
June 07 · Renee FranciscoDr Randall and her staff are great! She spends time with her patient and the parents to understand not just the allergies but the dog and their lives. She shares information about conditions or issues unrelated to allergies, and she is open to alternative practices. She helped our dog immensely with her allergies. We love her.
