★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Amazing caring people. Wonderful for you and your fur babies. Quick service. I felt at ease leaving my cat there. I hope I don't have to, but I highly recommend n will use their service in the future if need be. July 22 · Nadege Moeller
- I can't express my heartfelt thanks enough to the Veterinarian and her staff for taking care of my fur baby Maggie last week. She was stung in her mouth and went into puppy anaphylactic shock as a result. The staff at this location were right on point and gave my baby the absolute best care...needless to say my Maggie is doing better. KUDOS AND COOL POINTS FOR THE AWESOME STAFF...YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!!! May 27 · S. Genee Coleman-Braggs
- I couldn’t have asked for better people to take care of my dog. When I came in they were very quick to get us seen. You could tell they cared about my dogs well being. She was very stressed and they made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs an emergency vet. If they were an every day vet I would be a regular. August 15 · Kirsten Willeford
- I really can't recommend this place enough. I called about my cat having issues urinating and they got the paperwork started and told me to come into the clinic. They don't do appointments, but thankfully they weren't too busy. They took my cat back right away and had to keep him for a few hours to do a urinalysis, which they do in house. I declined blood work because my cat had just gotten it done 2 months ago and they marked it off and didn't push it. After getting the results, they explained what they were prescribing him and why, so I didn't feel like they were just trying to push extra medications or treatments to make more money. They answered any questions I had and everyone that worked there was really nice and compassionate. The ending price actually ended up being cheaper than what they quoted me and it was extremely reasonable for an emergency vet. They're also very transparent about the pricing and went over the bill line by line with me so I knew what I was paying for. Again, I cannot recommend this place enough, even though it was a stressful experience, they didn't contribute to the anxiety and I completely trusted them with my cat. August 03 · Sydney Moore
- I hate that I've had to use the services at the ER Vet in Collinsville as many times as I've had to...but Thank God for the Angels that work there! They have saved more than a few of my babies, and were also there for some of my babies last breaths. Each time, staff have their ALL for each one of them. During COVID lockdown, I had to put my one cat down. They made him as comfortable as possible, and after he passed, took a snip of his fur, put it in a tiny glass bottle with a cork and ribbon...so I'd always have a piece of him. They also sent an update to my primary vet, and I received condolences cards from both places within days. Those little things always have meant the world, but especially in such a lonely time as that was. Every staff member I've had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting has far surpassed the expectations I've had in those scary moments, and I cannot say enough good things about this place. I truly don't know what I would have done in many of those circumstances without this place, without those workers. They not only make your pet(s) as comfortable as possible, but the owners as well. The care and compassion there is just something that can't be taught. Thank you ALL for ALL that you do! I know it's not an easy job, and I know that I could never do it...but I'm SO thankful for the special people that can! Much love to each and every one of you always! August 20 · L. SANT1986
