★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had a dog bath/grooming crisis and Animal Hospital's groomer was able to help me first thing the next morning. She was very conscientious in noting relevant details about my dog and how I'd like the grooming done. She did a marvelous job; I appreciate Animal Hospital's commitment to helping, whatever my need is.
February 05 · Lisa SAmazing staff and care (our Rottweiler especially loves Samantha)! You can call or schedule an appointment online. Drop off appointments are super convenient if you have to go to work. They give you a quote upon drop off and call if the amount will change. The vet/s take their time explaining everything to you. I’m beyond thankful we found the Animal Hospital of Pitt County!
May 23 · Nikki DonohueMy dog has received excellent care here! The staff are kind, compassionate, and very knowledgable. Easy to schedule and order prescriptions. Bonus that there is a student discount!
June 26 · Kelsey DietrichI highly recommend this office for all your pet needs. First impression on walk in was how nice it was. Met a very kind receptionist who let me know they could assist me in unloading and loading my pet(s). I've had 4 visits so far with 3 different vets and the care has been exceptional. Everyone in that office is super friendly and very professional. Loved both of the vets I've seen in person (hoping to meet the third one in the future.)They were both extremely knowledgeable and compasionate. And I absolutely love the fact that they tell you what they'd recommend doing then give you an estimate and allow you to choose the care you want for your pet. They have up front pricing, giving you a total for what you've decided to have done that day thereby eliminating sticker shock at checkout. As far as I'm concerned they'll be seeing all 7 of my pets from now on.
June 13 · Gina BaugherExcellent quality of care. Dr Eldridge takes plenty of time to answer questions and is genuine and kind. My only complaint is the price. We took our two dogs for their annual vaccinations and screenings, and it was $811. Last year it was around $500. That's rough. As much as we like the staff and providers, we may have to seek less costly alternatives. 😞
