Points East Veterinary Emergency Hospital of Greenville Reviews
So appreciative of the staff here. From the first phone call to finally being at the facility, everyone was so kind and understanding. We were told there would be a wait, and we don’t regret a single second. I hope to never need emergency vet services again but, if I do, I would prioritize visiting Points East.
May 26, 2025 · KianaI have been to the Pet Emergency Clinic of Pitt County twice. Both times, they have been very professional, helpful and kind. I highly recommend them if you are in need of vet assistance at times when your regular vet is closed.
Apr 24, 2025 · Debbie SnipesBrought in an abandoned kitten that was about 2 weeks old. Waited from 6pm to 11pm to be seen about 10 minutes and told there was nothing they could really do for him. Gave him fluids and sent him on his way. He died the next day. Im not saying it's their fault bc of course it's not, I just wish they had of given me more insight, checked him for parasites, something. The vet on Chewy.com gave me more insight and tips on what to do than I got here, and told me I needed to see a different vet for a second opinion, I didn't get the chance. I am just so disappointed.
Jun 04, 2025 · Brooke Riceupon noticing a Huge growth on my little 5 pound Chihuahua and could not urinate. I took her to Greenville North Carolina to the Points East emergency vet and I was seen when my dog was seen by Doctor Ronni McKown…OMG … She went right to work on my little dog and within minutes, she told me I had to go to Points East Wilson and that she was calling for me so they would be expecting me because My little dog would die if she did not have emergency surgery because her bladder had fell down into a hernia so off to /Sims- Wilson we went ….. If it had not been for Doctor McKown Gidget would have died!!!! Points East in Greenville and Points East in Sims/Wilson North Carolina Are awesome and everyone that works there is very professional. I have just never seen anything like it all. They are wonderful and Eastern North Carolina is very lucky to have them. My little dog had surgery in Wilson at Points East and Being 13 with congestive heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, collapsing trachea, And the next to the final stage of kidney failure…. I never thought she would pull through the surgery, but there again more professionals!!!! Awesome all of them! Her surgeon doctor Brady saved her life after Dr. McKown Discovered her problem and sent her to him!!! I have so much gratitude for all of them!
