★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We just lost our sweet boy Kevin last night and, while it was one of the very worst nights of my life, the team at this clinic met us with kindness, patience, and compassion throughout the entire experience. Our boy passed peacefully and we were given all the time we needed to say goodbye in private with providers nearby who clearly care very much about the comfort of both the pets and their families. I want to say thank you to the staff that helped us through this transition. You truly made us feel cared for.
August 23 · audrey nicolI cannot say enough positive things about Animal Medical Center of Seattle! They helped save our dog Kauri’s life after being hit by a car, and they are the reason she is home safe with us now. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. Every doctor, technician, and surgeon were also incredibly kind and professional when having to deliver both difficult and happy news regarding our pup’s condition. They gave us financial updates, multiple options, and the surgeon did an incredible job to save her!Had it not been for these people, our little girl might not have made it - and we will be forever grateful for everything they have done for us! If you are in need of emergency care know that your animal will be in the best hands and will be shown a lot of love throughout the process ❤️
April 01 · Nikki KenyonAlthough it wasn't the result I was hoping for, the staff were compassionate, knowledgeable and attentive to Jasper's needs as well as mine. I was able to make it home, Which is where he wanted to be. He is free now. Thank you.
August 26 · Beth BellI’m very grateful for the care my kitty baby received from Dr. Turner, he was wonderful. I appreciate being able to visit him, as he was there a couple of days. I have just a couple concerns, one being the area that my cat was recovering in. He was already terrified and not feeling well after being admitted to the hospital for a urinary blockage, and the place he was kept was loud and exposed to all the hustle and bustle of the ER, separated only by a clear glass sliding door. One of the techs seemed a bit desensitized and would come in talking loud, adding to his stress. A tech named Bailey was great, she spoke softly and was very patient and compassionate, and she took time to answer my questions and offer comfort and advice. I love my fur baby like I birthed him myself and her kindness was much appreciated. Overall, I would trust AMC to care for my cat again in the future.
March 31 · April JI’ve been taking my dogs here for years, one of which has a stent placed in his throat. Not to mention the cost of this and many many many follow up appointments. Dr. Donavon has been amazing with handling my anxiety and stress with his issues when they arise. Recently Dr. Donavon left the practice for whatever reasons probably because this place sucks and has sucked. I left a review with my main account and felt compelled to leave another review due to the fact they know, that NO one wants to deal with my dog and treat him. We’ve basically used Dr. Donavon as a primary care since the stent placement. She left and they basically told me they’d no longer see my dog. Which is crazy cause she placed the stent under their umbrella, leaving my dog with a stent and needing care basically without medication needed for his daily operation and routine. When I asked where Dr.Donavon when they would not answer. Guess what!!! I found her and if your dog is in need a stent placement screw this place! Go to Blue Pearl downtown Seattle so much nicer and cheaper for routine check ups! I hope internal medicine falls apart with your lame management!
