★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Words cannot adequately express our gratitude for the compassionate care Dr. Weng and her staff provided to our beloved puppy during his final moments. We adopted him just a week and three days ago, only to discover he was suffering from severe, likely pre-existing, conditions, including congestive kidney failure, stemming from what we believe were substandard breeding and living conditions. His short life was filled with love, but tragically cut short at only nine weeks old. Despite his illness, he showed incredible resilience. Knowing he spent his last precious hours surrounded by such kindness, professionalism, and expertise is a comfort beyond measure. Their patience, knowledge, and attentiveness were exceptional, making a devastating situation bearable. She provided the summary of care and cost every step of the way. Each member of her team demonstrated a level of care that extended far beyond the clinical; they treated our little fighter with such gentleness and respect. We are deeply grateful for the empathy and support they offered us during this heartbreaking experience. Their compassion during an incredibly difficult time will remain etched in our hearts.
June 30 · A. I.C.Dr. Gutierrez has been remarkable, and the best vet my animals have ever had. My dog began having seizures a few months ago. It’s been so difficult to find the right combination of medications to get it under control. Dr. G has been very responsive, checking in for updates and making adjustments to the treatment plan whenever we felt we could improve. She never pressured me into any decisions, but laid out all options. I love my dog dearly, and I can imagine how difficult it would be to lose her. I am thankful for Dr. G and every single staff member at ASC. I couldn’t have navigated this if it wasn’t for them!
June 13 · Kristin DohertyWhen we arrived they did not waste a second getting our dog into care and to assess him. Very happy with that. We were probably in the door 30 seconds he was already headed back. The docors and nurses were very thorough and took the time to explain what services are available and the costs involved. The facility is very comfortable so pet parents can wait for the team. 10/10. Will be back!
August 07 · Joe BStaff is super helpful. Came in due to puppy eye injury due to scratch and vet was super attentive and helpful! Puppy eye improved by the next day with treatment. Will be going here whenever we have another emergency (which hopefully not soon).
April 14 · Vanesa MendozaSo the vet was great but the staff were nasty! First, I had to wait almost 40 minutes in a room to even see a tech. Original I was given a quote of $2000.00 for the total cost of treatment minus the $255.00 I paid when I walked in the doorl eaving me $1745 to pay. I was charged a deposit of $1390.94. That leaves me with a balance of $354.06. When all was said and done some nasty lady tells me to pay $525.22. So naturally I question the higher charge and ask to speak to someone who can explain it. Well little miss nasty wanted no part of that conversation and moments later other nasty people are at the front desk pointing at me and making rude comments. At 4:30 am i have no patience for this behavior so I ask for my pet to be returned to me. A young nasty lady comes out with my pet, throws a bag of medication at me rolls her eyes and walks over to her buddies. I asked if anyone was willing to explain the difference in the bill and or what medications I was getting all three of them rolled there eyes and turned there backs to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to AMC or VEG if you want to be treated with kindness. These staff members have zero empathy. It's no wonder they make you sign a document stating that if you are not allowed to get angry or argue with staff because they are understaffed and if you do anything they feel is upsetting they will refuse treatment of your pet and send you away. Be warned go elsewhere!!!
