★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Professional vet experience. Took great history, did exam and skin scrapings with results during the visit. I didn’t get a clear etiology but they will be there for me if new symptoms arise or recede. Nice vet and vet techs. I brought both dogs and they were ok with that!
July 21 · Julie BenzWhile the initial exam fee is very high ($315), and Dr. Diamond only had to spend a few minutes with my doggo to diagnose and treat a relatively simple condition, I do feel as though she thoroughly cared and took time to answer any questions I had. Additionally, my pet insurance denied my claim to cover a condition, and Dr. Diamond responded promptly to my request to write an appeal letter/form and thoroughly reviewed my pets prior medical history, and wrote a thoughtful response about how he did not have a pre-existing condition which was the reason for the denial. While my pets condition is not treatable, it can be managed, and the medicated shampoo she recommended has helped with his flaky skin. I will definitely be back, especially for more serious dermatology concerns. Thank you!
June 25 · Sydney KoeppenI was super impressed with how detail-oriented the entire staff was. Very thorough "in-take" form to fill out so they know a lot about your pet before you walk in the door. Dr. Diamond and her assistants were excellent and obviously care about your pets wellness. Also, very friendly and make you feel instantly comfortable and confident that they will get to the bottom of whatever is ailing your pet. Highly recommend.
February 27 · Tonya WalterWe have had a great experience at Apex so far with our 5 year old cat, who is nearly impossible to handle. As pet owners who have had a history of negative vet experiences due to our cats anxiety, we really appreciated the care Dr. Diamond and the vet tech had with her. The space was comforting, the vet team was kind and maintained transparency, they provided solutions to our cat's dermatology issue and also provided additional input and medication for future vet visits to address our cat's anxiety. We are very happy with our visit.
November 15 · April KellyMy golden retrievers were experiencing intense allergies. Itching, scratching, loss of hair. We were seen immediately upon arrival. The veterinarian sat on the floor with the dogs and got skin samples and within minutes gave us results and solutions. We were very happy with her care and with her assistant Susan. We will followup in 6 weeks with the dogs.
