★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great visit! Jasmine was a top rate vet tech. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and friendly. Not crazy about the lady that checked me in. She was a bit cold. Not friendly or communicative. Jasmine made up for her though.
August 06 · Gloria GonzalezFor starters I pay for pet insurance. I noticed some irregularities in my dogs poop.So I reached out. They pushed xrays (not covered). I let the tech know that he is closely monitored, he didn't eat anything foreign. Then they told me that he's malnourished. He is not food driven and has access to food and water 24/7. They gave him an iv and offered no other services without a $1000 bill. Needless to say I'm transferring my services elsewhere.
August 11 · Justin SmithIncredible experience bringing my 10 week old purebred border collie. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The wellness plan is saving me so much money and is an incredible value. The vet has incredible bedside manner and threw in several great jokes throughout our visit. I'm VERY surprised to see the overall review rating isn't a MINIMUM 4.5average.
July 23 · Zakariah CooperDo not recommend going to this location. Our pup had a hurt paw that had pus and was bleeding. We were able to make a last minute same day appointment and were told to be there by 1 pm. We arrived at 1:03 and were told to reschedule the appointment after the receptionist briefly looked at his paw and said it was “not urgent” while the vet was in the lobby and was waiting to see our pup. The receptionist then told the vet to take her lunch because this was “not urgent.” We drove over 45 mins to get here and ended up being turned away from a receptionist that doesn’t understand what is “urgent” and what is not. Also to the fact that we walked in 3 mins past the time, after rushing to leave and get there. The person that we chatted with over the phone to get scheduled was absolutely amazing, but that is not who was there when we arrived.
April 12 · Mario NavarroI can't believe what we went through on April 26th when my mom had to say goodbye to her dog. After checking in, we were taken to a room where I felt absolutely sick. A few minutes in, I went to the front desk and asked if they could do a paw print or anything similar, and the guy assured me they could. He even mentioned that we could get a nose print too. Knowing my mom would want a lock of his fur, I made sure to ask about that as well. When the doctor and her assistant came in, I brought it up again, and they confirmed they would take care of everything and send it out. Before we left, I asked one more time to make sure, since these would be the last mementos of her baby. They again said yes, absolutely, no problem. Then, on Sunday, May 11th, my mom told me she hadn’t received anything yet, so I called to check. The lady who answered said she could only see the paw print and would have to ask about the other items since she wasn't working that day. Yesterday, my mom got a call about whether she received a sympathy card that should have included the nose print and fur, and she said no. The lady told her to wait a few more days and call back if it didn’t show up.Today, my mom picked up the paw print and it didn’t even look like her dog! I am beyond frustrated. Losing a pet is heartbreaking enough, and to be let down like this after confirming three times what we needed just makes it so much worse. If I had known this place would be so careless with such important keepsakes during this devastating time, I would have done everything ahead of time instead of relying on them.
