★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I really do love this Banfield, I’ve taken my cat Sabrina to two other ones in the area and they are JUST as good, I prefer 71st as it’s closer and my pets know these ladies and gentlemen that work there, they’re always so kind. Genuinely this place hires workers who love pets and love learning about them. If you’re interested in an Optimus wellness plan they walk you through each one and recommend one best suited for your pets needs and your own. They are VERY good with the parents in communication throughout the whole visit. Dropping off my cat Sabrina can be very stressful for us both and they ensure that’s she’s in the best place and with the best people. I love everyone there and appreciate all the hard work they do to keep my babies happy and healthy. I attached a photo of my baby girl Sabrina to show even with the meanest face, they treat her like a princess! March 20 · Elizabeth Schneider
- The staff at Banfield's is and has always been in the 6 years we've used them an exceptional resource for our petcare. Our fur-baby Blaze is healthier because of their care especially in emergency situations. They answer all questions and address all issues we''ve had giving us the peace of mind regarding our pets. Their recommendations are always beneficial to our pets and our pockets. With program options that mitigate the financial burdens that can spontaneously occur relieves the pressure of any sudden catastrophe covered by a reasonable monthly charge. We are very thankful for the services provided by the "B-Team" God bless them all!! May 06 · Jerome Morgan
- My best friend passed away a few years ago and her dad just passed away and I got her two dogs. This place and the manager wouldn't let me have the dogs records (I live in a different state). They made it extremely difficult and I had to call multiple times over WEEEKS. They wanted death certificate and more. Then after I told them how insane that was they told me to email them details of when she passed away, her birthday etc. which I did and they NEVER sent them. They made a sad situation way worse. Also my best friend worked there for a couple years. I had to get my vet here to call them and they gave them immediately. This place and their practice manager Brandon suck. July 16 · Jordan Styles
- Been a member about 15 years plus. Highly recommend the Wellness Plan. I'm a dog lover. My previous two pets out lived there breed cycle. Maybe I'm just lucky. But I can't ignore the great care I was able to offer them. May 01 · Kenny K57
- Great customer service, unfortunately, not great results. Had 3 teeth removed from cat for a cost of a little over of $2,000. I waited almost month to give her harder food; three months later she can't eat anything but gravy. I take her in again and she needs more teeth removed and has gum disease. What are the odds? I expected her not have anymore teeth problems for longer than 4 months. Wouldn't you? July 11 · Tulsa Traveler
