Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
Dr Roquemore & Maren,I just will never be able to put into words the feelings that I have in my heart for you both. Your compassion and your Love for my dog Toby and myself is something that not everyone has. It was sad sincere and heartfelt! I will never forget either of you for what you did for me and for Toby the day that Toby left us. My heart is so broken and shattered with his loss but just knowing that he had the very best care was so important. You made him feel relaxed and we all know how hard that is. I could go on and on but you both know how important you were to me and to Toby! Keep doing what you do because you make a difference in this world!!
Dec 15, 2024 · Gail BeardNo complaints at this time other than the wait time whenever you call. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU SCHEDULE DROP OFF ONLINE FOR THIS LOCATION NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU SELECT IT WILL BE AN 8:30 DROP OFF. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The Vet, Dr. Floreani, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the visit today.
Jun 27, 2025 · Nia MEveryone at this clinic is very kind, but unfortunately, the drop-off process was extremely disappointing. I was originally scheduled for an 8:45 AM drop-off, but the day before, I received a call asking if I could come 15 minutes earlier because 8:45 was “outside of their drop-off window.” I agreed and brought my cat in at 8:30 AM for a simple check-up. I was told he’d be ready around noon. However, by 2:00 PM, I still hadn’t heard anything. I tried calling the office, only to find their phones were turned off with an automated message saying they were closed. It was very unsettling not to have any way to contact them while they had my pet. I finally received a call at 4:00 PM saying he was ready for pickup. When I arrived, it was chaotic—several people appeared to have been called at the same time, and the office was loud and crowded. It was difficult to hear the vet tech speaking, and I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes just to get my cat. I never even spoke with the veterinarian directly. It’s frustrating to know my cat spent nearly eight hours in a cage for a routine check-up, with no updates or means of communication throughout the day.I won’t be doing another drop-off at this location. The process felt disorganized and impersonal, and left me with more concerns than confidence.
May 18, 2025 · Jackie DBest animal hospital I’ve ever been to. Kai was amazing from the time I came in till the time I picked up my baby. Dr. Haney was honest, thorough, and explained everything perfectly to us. Did not do anything without consulting us. We will be back with our other babies.
