Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
They were very friendly and informative. My dog is EXTREMELY nervous at the vet, and they were super patient with her, and gave me plenty of trazedone for her next visit. They sent me home with everything I needed, and even let me start a new pet plan to help pay for the visit, due to the old one lasing and being sent to collections. They didn't have to do that! Lifetime customer!
Mar 18, 2025 · Adam SmithAlways great and accommodating. Recently, I showed up at the wrong Banfield location for our pups comprehensive, on a Saturday morning. With a full schedule the front desk offered to fit her in. It would have been a minor inconvenience to my day to drive to the other location, but they went out of their way to make it work.Really appreciate that type of flexibility and customer appreciation that’s so rarely seen.
Mar 15, 2025 · Josh FullerAbsolute WORST experience of my life!! My mom brought her two dogs here, the receptionists are rude, the lack of communication between the receptionist and the back staff is astounding. Dog A was seen and put on a wellness plan ( what a joke) and then dog b was seen. Both were given "full exams" a week ago and NOTHING was reported, today we took dog b to MY vet only to find that she is now blind, diabetic and has cushings disease.... NONE of which this cracker jack joint found a week ago but they sure charged for said exam! They came scooped up the dogs and took them to the "doctor" that should have been a big sign when the doctor can't even be bothered with the family. No wonder why they want you to set up a "drop off" appointment! Now my mom is locked into a "wellness plan" by a bunch of people that obviously have no business working with animals! Please choose better for your animals than to take them here !!!!
