★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- We love Dr. Bratton! My family went to Dr. Bratton while I was growing up, and I have continued going to him for my pets now that I'm an adult and married. Dr. Bratton is attentive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and has always gone above and beyond for our animals. He takes the time to explain things to us and has always helped us work within our budget, giving advice and alternatives to make treatment accessible and sustainable for our pets throughout different phases of life and incomes. I really can't say enough positive things about him and his staff, and we are so grateful for all he's done for our animals over the decades! January 30 · Ashlyn Perryman
- The worst experience I’ve ever had. I have an 8 month old lab puppy and we went there for the first time. He automatically tried to put a muzzle on her and you could tell she was frightened by the muzzle. He then proceeded to throw my dog around by her harness. The receptionist person was also rude when asking me how I want my receipt and when I tried to come up with how to get it she interrupted me and said they don’t even have a computer. I will never go back and I suggest no one else ever goes there. January 12 · samantha pack
- Our most recent experience with Bratton Vet Clinic, has left us looking for a new vet for our sweet dog. Their poor communication and overall lack of concern for our dog when he needed them most has left us feeling really let down. We called one morning because our dog was sick and we were told that even though they were booked, they could probably call us in some medication until they could get him in. Well, they never called us back. We called three more times that day and nothing. When we finally got in touch with someone the next day, we were told they couldn’t do anything for our dog and we should take him somewhere else. I’m so disappointed in how the whole situation went down. While Bratton may be fine for regularly scheduled appointments, I don’t think you can count on them when you may need them most. - I went to Dr. Bratton based on the excellent reviews I saw about him. He has not disappointed at all! All other reviews on here sum it up perfectly. His staff is very nice. He is very gentle with the animals and is easy to talk to, explaining what he is doing very clearly. One time he was delayed for about 25 minutes as he finished up some important business; he gave me a 30% discount as a result! The night before I had my cats spayed and neutered, he personally called to remind me not to feed or water them before hand. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Bratton. September 28 · Lukas Keagy
- I love Dr. Bratton. He cares so much for the animals in a way that not all veterinarians do. I take my two cats there, and I feel like some people don’t treat cats the same way they do dogs. Dr. Bratton is great with them. One of my cats is an angel for appointments, and the other is an absolute devil, but they handle both very well. This man deserves an amazing retirement but I will miss him when that day comes. May 13 · Amanda Banks
