- Exceptional Compassion and Support: Even during the most difficult times, such as end-of-life care, the clinic's staff demonstrates profound empathy. A customer shared a heartbreaking but reassuring experience: "Omg what a sad 😥 day I had putting my beloved Teddy down. The staff and Dr gave me all the time I needed with him and were so comforting and loving. I will never forget how good they were to me." This highlights their commitment to emotional support for both pets and their grieving owners.
- Expertise in Emergency and Specialist Care: As an "ER vet hospital," they are equipped and experienced in handling urgent and critical cases. While some emergency visits might incur higher costs, as noted by a client ("A bit extreme but I get it. It was an ER vet hospital."), this reflects the specialized nature of the services provided and the readiness to handle diverse urgent situations.
- Thorough Diagnostic Approach: Their ability to correctly assess and advise on conditions, even seemingly minor ones, demonstrates their diagnostic acumen. In the case of two dogs with constant sneezing, they accurately determined the need for children's Benadryl, showcasing their practical and effective problem-solving skills, even if the consultation fee was significant for multiple pets.
- Professional and Knowledgeable Staff: Despite the high-pressure environment of an emergency facility, the staff maintains professionalism. Even when addressing billing discrepancies, the interaction, while firm, indicates adherence to their operational protocols. This speaks to a well-trained team that understands their role in both patient care and administrative duties.
- Dedication to Pet Well-being: The core mission is to provide the best possible outcome for the pet. Even in less severe cases, like the Benadryl situation, their thoroughness ensures that underlying serious issues are ruled out, prioritizing the pet's health.
- Strategic Location for Accessibility: Being positioned at the "Bourne Bridge Approach" means they are easily accessible for a wide geographic area of Massachusetts, crucial for emergency situations where time is of the essence.

Sep 29, 2020 · Marisel HayesWe brought two dogs i for the same reason. Severe constant Sneezing after we spent the day on the beach. Turns out they just needed some Childrens Benadryl. The bill was $250 each for the consult plus $30 for Benadryl for a total of $560. Upon checkout, the vet only noted one consult fee but the receptionist questioned it and we ended up having to pay both consult fees. A bit extreme but I get it. It was an ER vet hospital.
Sep 10, 2024 · daniellefortThey are good but very expensive . They gave my husband pills for our cat which we had to pay for, but our cat will not take. She only eats dry food so we can’t hide them. We didn’t get a diagnosis, but she is better. I think because of the IV they gave her overnight.
May 13, 2024 · Michele MorseWe've been here several times over the last 10 years or so eoth different animals and they are always amazing. They treat you and your pet with love and compassion.
Sep 01, 2024 · Melody De CostaI recently had to visit that hospital with hazel my kitty cat I left a very positive post about that visit. This one pertains to the level of Excellence in dealing with an issue I had with a bill they were extremely attentive and took care of the problem and welcomed the feedback on how to avoid that in the future. Out of a five star rating I'd have to give it a six.
