Apr 06, 2025 · dominique wrightVCS is great in caring for my dog. We have been going since Jan. It's not a happy reason to be there and you go in with a pit in your stomach. The staff & the Dr made us feel better and hopeful. The Dr explained my dog's condition, our options and the financials. It was all laid out to determine what was best for us. We explained our dog gets very nervous in new settings. They were great in helping put him at ease. He goes there now looking at all of them as friends. All of the appointments we made, they took us on time.. no delays. I also feel like the care he received was excellent. We had no issues after treatments & we could see it working. He just finished his treatments and we are starting to go less often for regular checks. Once again, the next steps were explained in detail and every question we had was answered. I hate to see anyone NEED these services, but if they are needed I can't think of a better place.
Jun 21, 2025 · Aja DanielsFrom the moment we stepped into Veterinarian Cancer Specialists of New England, we felt genuinely cared for. The unique one-on-one approach they utilize, where only one appointment is scheduled at a time, ensures that your pet receives undivided attention. Our Boxer pup was treated like the priority, with no other pets in the building at the same time.Dr. Abbo was exceptional. He came out to personally explain all the options and treatments he recommended. He took extra time answering every question we had, leaving us feeling informed and never rushed. Their compassionate care and professionalism were truly impressive. We highly recommend Veterinarian Cancer Specialists of New England to anyone looking for specialized and attentive care for their pets. Our experience was beyond excellent!
Feb 13, 2025 · Jeff HI would like to give a huge thank you to Dr Abbo and every single of his staff members. Our dog, Sadie, was diagnosed with Lymphoma back in October of 2024. It has been a very financial and emotional roller coaster ever since. Not once did Dr Abbo or his staff make us feel like we were a nuisance or that we were bugging them in any way, they always accommodated us and comforted us in every single one of our appointments. We just recently finished with Dr Abbo as our pup is going to live out her final days at home with us. If it weren't for Dr Abbo and trying every single med we could with Sadie's specific diagnosis, Sadie would not be here with us today. She has made it this far because of him & his office. I highly recommend this office for your pup if anyone ever has a fur baby with cancer. We will miss seeing Dr Abbo and his staff so much. The way they cared for our dog is something we will forever be grateful for and will NEVER forget.Thank you. Dr Abbo & staff. So so so much.
Jun 04, 2025 · Tabby GroshensWe recently visited Dr. Abbo at Veterinary Cancer Specialists of New England after our English Bulldog was diagnosed with lymphoma. Dr. Abbo and his team were able to schedule a consultation promptly and confirmed the diagnosis provided by our primary veterinarian. His bedside manner was outstanding—compassionate, professional, and reassuring—and the entire staff was equally kind and supportive. Although we were referred to this clinic by our primary vet, we would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Abbo and his team to anyone in need of a veterinary oncologist. They treated our four-legged family member with the utmost care and respect.
