Apr 13, 2025 · L BroWonderful place! Staff is very caring and personable. The vet was very detailed and patient with explaining my pet's medical concerns. The nurse/techs were very experienced and gentle when handling my cat Basil.
Jun 20, 2025 · Aminta ArevaloMy dog was gonna travel overseas and for the Rabies documentation and health certificate, I was requested to scan his microchip at vet. Fortunately, I found this vet clinic. The tech with blond hair was so patient and friendly. She came to me right away without any wait time. She showed me where the chip is and how to find it. She was so nice to my dog. My dog usually hates going to vet and can be quite nasty, but she handled him very well. He didn’t feel any stress at all. They also didn’t charge me for the service.I really appreciate their help and kindness.
Apr 17, 2025 · An ShI deleted my very detailed & honest review of this hospital because, I realized they truly do not care about the animal or the pet owners. This is apparent because all of the one star reviews that they do have are all similar complaints, but clearly, no effective change has been made to rectify these types of situations! Also, you cannot truly consider this facility a pet hospital, as they are unwilling to take emergency cases and rather pawn you off to VEG Pet ER, which cost an arm & a leg!!! However,, I can say VEG has outstanding doctors and nurses that truly care about the pet & make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. This is something that I do not feel I received from this particular vet. It is a shame, but I guess they’re more concerned about making money than actually helping a pet. Hopefully one day there will be concern about the pets rather then making money and sending owners off to a facility that charges an amount that most people cannot pay & in some cases the owner may have no choice but to euthanize their animal because that is more humane when told the amount of money to fix the pet is anywhere between $4000 to $10,000 when already paying $4000 for the initial treatment. Also, The place they recommend you take your pet to does not do any service until you pay the estimate upfront which most people don’t have this kind of money laying around.
