Caring Hearts Animal Hospital strives to provide a range of veterinary services designed to address various aspects of pet health. - Wellness and Preventive Care: This includes routine physical examinations, vaccinations tailored to your pet's needs, and comprehensive parasite control programs (fleas, ticks, heartworm, intestinal parasites). Regular check-ups are fundamental to maintaining your pet's long-term health and catching potential issues early.
- Dental Services: As highlighted by a client review, dental care, including cleanings and extractions, is a key service. Good oral hygiene is vital for overall pet health and can prevent more serious systemic problems.
- Diagnostic Services: This would typically encompass in-house laboratory testing (blood work, urinalysis, fecal exams) for rapid results, and potentially imaging services such as X-rays to help diagnose internal conditions.
- Surgical Procedures: Routine surgeries like spaying and neutering are common, as are various soft tissue surgeries. These procedures are carried out with careful consideration for your pet's safety and comfort.

When considering a veterinary practice, understanding its distinguishing features and highlights can be incredibly helpful. Based on the provided customer feedback, Caring Hearts Animal Hospital offers certain aspects that resonate with clients, while others raise concerns.
- Dedicated Staff Interaction and Follow-Up: One positive review specifically praises the "amount of interaction with each member of the staff, and the follow up and care exhibited." This suggests a commitment to keeping pet owners informed and involved in their pet's care journey, which is a significant highlight for many.
- Thoughtful Client and Pet Gestures: The detail about receiving a "little goodie bag for Gracie, with medications for pain and an antibiotic, plus some new little treats to try and a couple of toys" demonstrates a thoughtful and caring approach to both the pet's recovery and the owner's experience. Such gestures can greatly enhance the client's perception of care and compassion.
- Specific Positive Experiences with Dental Care: The positive feedback regarding a kitty's dental cleaning and extractions, handled by "Dr. Lorie and her staff," highlights a strong capability and positive client experience in this specific service area.
- Concerns Regarding Inconsistent Pricing and Communication: It is important to note that one review expresses significant dissatisfaction with "inconsistent pricing" and a perceived inability of staff to "give a straight answer" or explain billing and appointment details clearly. This indicates an area where some clients have experienced challenges with transparency and communication regarding costs and services.
- Critiques on Perceived Competence and Trust: The same negative review also questions the "brain capacity" of staff to explain billing and expresses a lack of trust in the facility, citing concerns about being "overpriced, dull brained," and not trusting them with an animal.
- Concerns about being "Money Hungry": The edited portion of a negative review explicitly states, "looking at the reviews it seems this place is extremely money hungry and doesn't care about you or your pets." This is a serious accusation that reflects a perception of the clinic's motivations.

Caring Hearts Animal Hospital Reviews
Workers here are insanely incompetent. These people cannot give a straight answer and have inconsistent pricing. They say their prices are higher because their quality of care is "better" but how can your quality of care be better when you don't even have the brain capacity to explain to your customers your billing and what an appointment entails and the pricing for it. These people are overpriced, dull brained, and I wouldn't trust these people with an animal. If you're going to pride yourself on your "better care" to excuse your overpriced services, make sure your reviews match what you're saying. Thankful I found a better place with reasonable prices, as well as friendly, competent people, I can actually trust to work on my pet.Edit- looking at the reviews it seems this place is extremely money hungry and doesn't care about you or your pets, take your animals somewhere else. I hope all of your customers find a better vet new and old
Jun 16, 2025 · Dream BeezThis was our first time going to Caring Hearts Animal Hospitalwith our kitty. She was in need of a dental cleaning and a few extractions, and Dr. Lorie and her staff could not have been any more wonderful to work with. The amount of interaction with each member of the staff, and the follow up and care exhibited was fantastic. We also thought it was so sweet when we were sent home with a little goodie bag for Gracie, with medications for pain and an antibiotic, plus somenew little treats to try and a couple of toys for when she feltbetter. It was truly a wonderful experience and I highlyrecommend the practice!
Mar 04, 2025 · Shelley SummervilleI started going here with all my babies, and there are a lot of them, a year or two ago. I started not caring for our previous vet and a Co worker recommended Caring Hearts. My whole entire family, furry and human, love the entire staff here! There is not one member there that any of us could say one negative thing about! They are so compassionate and thorough! What I really love about them is they research issues before they run a slew of tests, some that may not be needed and that are very costly. They truthfully show they care about their clients and not the money. And the Best thing is my fur babies absolutely love them!
Feb 21, 2025 · Cat MathenyVery inconsiderate, and non knowledgeable staff. This place is inconsistent, dishonest, and overpriced. There's plenty of vet offices offering the same services with BETTER care and knowledge as well as reasonable prices. Thank you to the receptionist who was extra rude to me and let me know to go somewhere else before hanging up on me, I actually found a better vet with better prices thanks to her. Good luck driving your customers away with your unprofessionalism
Jun 16, 2025 · Baya QuistBeen going there for years. The whole staff is very friendly and attentive. Either doctor can take care of my fur family, I am very comfortable and confident in each of them. I highly recommend this vet.
