She has been incredible with my bearded dragon, Uromastyx, and my guinea pig, and I have complete trust in her for all of their healthcare needs. It's such a relief knowing my exotic pets are in such capable and compassionate hands. The veterinary technicians and front desk team are also excellent – always friendly, helpful, caring and efficient. I'm so grateful for the wonderful care Dr. Siu and her entire team provide. Thank you for everything you do!
April 27 · Mary DIf I can give 0 star I already did it since 1 star is minimum, went to the place for my pet bearded dragon since she have some problems with her lung, definitely respiratory infection, and first thing they charged is 100$ just for a metting and talk about thr problems, and all the answers I got back are completely on youtube videos beardies caring, next is X-Ray another 200$ still no progress at all, and they still insist to give me more and more test including bloodwork, virus test, etc.. and they still not 100% sure that they can find the cause of my beardie illness after all of them and asking me to come back for more treatments, tell me if this is not bunch of gold diggers? Spending over 500$ and can't even find out whats happening with the pet, very professional of all of you, and yes my pet is still super sick after all the treatments they provided, NOT RECOMMENDED place for exotic pets, they know nothing but money.

They are clearly well-practiced in dealing with a wide range of animals and illnesses, and able to react calmly and positively to every situation, with your pet's health as the ultimate goal in mind.Thank you for your care and the love you all put into your work and our animals!
June 13 · alex foxAfter an unfortunate vet experience at a different hospital, I came to Carrollton West after doing some more research for a new vet for my birds. I saw all the great reviews and had to try them for our next check up, and I’m so happy I did. The vet and techs were so knowledgeable and handled my bird with great care. I’m so happy I found an amazing vet that has great bedside manner and knows their stuff.
April 29 · J NilDr Champagne and Dr Garcia are SUCH lifesavers!!! My partner and I have taken all three of our pets here (snake, axolotl, cat) and all three received EQUALLY attentive and thorough care! I would trust this vet with every pet I ever own, and don’t even get me STARTED on how helpful and considerate they are with animal boarding! Truly the best vet I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been through three with my snake alone!!!
