Choosing a veterinary home for your pet is about more than just finding a clinic; it's about forming a relationship built on trust, understanding, and a shared commitment to your animal's longevity and quality of life. The Center for Veterinary Care, founded in 1989 by Dr. Gene Solomon and Dr. Paul Schwartz, has consistently upheld this ethos. Their long-standing presence at 236 East 75th Street speaks volumes about their stability and dedication to the New York community. Clients, some loyal for 30 years or more, attest to the unwavering quality of care and the deep bonds formed with the veterinary team. This continuity of care is especially valuable for pets with chronic conditions, where consistent oversight from empathetic professionals like Dr. Dundie can truly make a difference in their lives, extending them far beyond expectations.

For New Yorkers, accessibility is a key consideration when choosing any service, and veterinary care is no exception. Center for Veterinary Care Reviews
Center For Veterinary care has been at 236 East 75th Street for 37-38 years, and I've been a loyal customer since then. Even though I moved to the UWS 30 years ago, Dr. Solomon will be my doggos' doctor til the day he retires, which I don't think is anytime soon.
May 03, 2025 · John MainieriThe Center for Veterinary Care is hands down the best veterinarians office in Manhattan. My senior cat has fought hyperthyroidism, chronic leukemia, and mammary cancer all her life, but received the best care and treatment plan from the vets here. She has lived for three years longer than we expected when the cancer was first discovered. If it weren't for Dr. Dundie's intense commitment and care to my cat, she might not be alive to this day. I would recommend this veterinarian to everyone.
Feb 03, 2025 · Lidia GoldbergWe came to Dr. Solomon with our dog and cat. Drove all the way from NJ. He’s an excellent veterinarian, who knows how to treat the pets, at times going out of standard of care. His office staff is caring and responsive. Highly recommend
