VCA Park East Animal Hospital Reviews
I brought my dog Pico there today for the first time and despite her being sick, the whole staff - front desk ladies, the male nurse and the veterinarian - and my whole experience was lovely. They were all so kind, patient and professional! I highly recommend!
May 10, 2025 · natasha martinezGreat service from the moment we walked in to when we walked out ! Easy to make appointments online, very friendly staff, receptionist, nurse and doctor (Dr white) were absolutely fantastic !! Highly recommended
Jun 25, 2025 · Kristy ChoingI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor customer service I’ve experienced at your location. On 1/16, I confirmed a morning appointment for 1/20 and promptly sent my pet's medical records via email the same day. However, on 1/18, I received a text requesting the same records, even though they had already been provided. To make matters worse, on 1/19 at 5:30 PM, I received a voicemail notifying me that my confirmed appointment would be canceled and can be rescheduled to 5:30 PM on 1/20 or another day .This lack of organization and communication is both unprofessional and unreliable. I do not feel confident bringing my pet to your facility and strongly advise others to consider alternative options.Thank you
Jan 20, 2025 · Danielle BThey were so helpful. And were able to fit me in same day which i appreciated. And answered all my question for my pup's health!
May 15, 2025 · Carlene GonzalezTook my kitties here for a checkup and it was one of the best vet experiences I have had. My cats are usually so shy around strangers but Dr. Zylstra was fantastic with them and was able to make them feel safe and comfortable. The little goodie bags they gave were also so sweet and thoughtful!
