Centralia Animal Hospital Reviews
These guys are absolutely amazing. They truly care about animals and show it with every thoughtful detail. We have seen Dr. Sargent for one of our cats who has severe anxiety and he has helped tremendously. Dr. Molly and Dr. Gaffney have been there through a very hard time when we had to put down our other cat. Their compassion and kindness towards our cat was unmatched. Having to be told difficult news is one thing, but having someone tell you with kindness and grace can make all the difference. They have a comfort room, which allowed us to be with our pet to the very end and the service was incredibly caring and thoughtful.
Jul 05, 2025 · Stephanie HallettI'm a trucker. And a biker. My grim reeper. Has been coming here since he was three months old. Had a couple illnesses and a few checkups. This vets office gets the trucker life and the crazy schedule truckers have. They always try hard to take grim in a minutes notice. And if I'm out on the road and grim is not feeling good I can get some advice when I call. Un like other vets office's that will not say nothing unless you bring grim in. Being a truck I can't get to 85% of the vets office's in the country. When we are in centralia office the techs and the two vets act like grim is there family. Gets down on the goor and plays ,baby's, and pets grim. Ilove the fact that grim is never stressed out here. In fact grim feel at home here. I want to say thank for for loving what yall do cuase it really shows.
Apr 29, 2025 · Anthony GarrettFrom the moment we walked it, every staff member was so kind and caring. Once we were in the exam room, the doctor and his assistant were so patient with both my pup and I. The doctor was very understanding about my situation. Together we came up with a plan to help Bella feel better and kept it within my budget. I can't recommend them more.
Jun 15, 2025 · Eve KandrisAbsolutely amazing. The veterinarian was the most nicest have meet. Their crew is absolutely wonderful kind and very understanding and patient. May 11, 2025 · VA. BowlingFor years up until COVID did this vet was extremely caring and compassionate. I couldn't ask for better care... But NOW? No way they have become so big that getting a pet in is difficult except for drop off then you are not there when they dx your pet and the reception staff has got to be some of the most uncaring non compassionate people who ever worked. I don't know where they are getting these young people from but rude and lack of compassion is all I can say without adding in unreliable to pass messages to the doctor as they say they will. I recommended my mother cat to this group as they were the best. Her cat became very sick she had her at drop off service 3 times. I saw the cat after time 2 they had not even done a weight on this baby, the cat was skin and bones very sick. Told my mom to call. She did the receptionist said she would pass the message along and the doctor would call back. After24 hours no one called. I called laid them out! So they called her in for a drop off. Sold her a steroid shot and high calorie foods. To be honest as not a vet but knowledgeable I told my mom she was dying. They never told her that fluffy was not going to make it.... The next day Fluffy passed. My mom called the vet to let them know after a couple days. The young receptionist said thanks for calling. Offered no condolences or any compassion. After some thought I am still upset how they were treated. Very disappointed.
