Took my rescue kitty in for a sedated groom to remove matting. They did a wonderful job. She looks amazing but even better she feels amazing and she’s never been happier. Her lovings on us have tripled! She’s so thankful! Will happily return.
Jun 06, 2025 · Staci DCannot say enough good things about this facility- Truly saved my dogs life in an emergency situation and got her in the next morning for surgery for half the price I was previously quoted. They truly care for your babies like their own. I’m forever grateful for their staff.
Jun 02, 2025 · Morgan BowlandMy family and I recently went on vacation. I don't board my dog, I usually leave him with family just because I don't like that the dogs are crated for so long. Our dog was there for a total of 4 days/nights and the cost was approx. $170 (I'll come back to this). I called every other day just to check to see how my dog was doing, the answer was 98% of the time was "I think he's doing ok" that should have been my first clue. I called to check on my dog the day before I was going to pick him up and am told that for some reason he's been pooping in his crate the last 2 days.... there are a few thoughts that come to my mind, but I'll just leave it there. So the morning that I pick him up, I am told that his paws are likely dirty because he was tracking through the poop in the his crate.... I am then asked would you like me to clean him up or give him a bath, I meant to get to it but didn't, I told her no, at this point my dog was ready to go and so was I. I get him home and yes his paws are filthy, there is also dried poop in his tail and in his coat. I get that he pooped in his crate and maybe boarding was busier than usual during this week, but you are in the business of servicing not just the dog owner, but the dogs, so if you know my dog needed a bath, when I tell you that I will be there first thing in the morning to pick him up, as a professional I would have expected you to say, "he really needs to be bathed, can you pick him up later this morning and I'll make sure he's clean and bathed before you get here", but no that didn't happen. I ended up sending an email to Chevington because I was really disappointed with the level of service provided. I was basically told again that it was the goal, but just hadn't gotten that far, and basically because my dog didn't give them any issues they look forward to seeing him again. Well, he probably won't be going back for boarding services, it at the very least for $170 you chose not to make the time to give him a bath before I picked him up, again a simple call to pick him up later, a simple act of service would have gone a long way.
Mar 14, 2025 · Katrina CunninghamWe've taken our pets here for over a decade. The vets and staff are capable and caring. Very patient with our pets and us! Highly recommended.
Apr 04, 2025 · Jason FosterI switched my 3 dogs to Chevington a few months ago for better pricing and a better level of service. The Dr actually takes her time and talks to you! Pricing is reasonable. I don’t feel judged, ripped off or like my concerns aren’t being met. Very pleased. My mom switched also and she and her dog are loving them also.
