This level of empathy ensures that both cats and their owners feel genuinely cared for.
- Specialization in Feline Care: The clinic's exclusive focus on cats is a significant draw. Customers appreciate that they don't have to worry about their cats mixing with dogs or other animals, creating a "clean and calm" facility. - Comfort and Safety for Special Needs Cats: One standout review highlighted their incredible care for a cat with CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia) disabilities, noting how "everyone was incredibly careful to keep him safe and he was loved on during the whole visit." Even little touches like providing a favorite snack show their dedication to individual patient comfort.

The staff's knowledge and willingness to provide thorough information for continued home care are consistently praised. Prompt responses to concerns indicate excellent communication.
- Fair Rates: Despite offering specialized care, customers perceive the rates to be "very fair," making high-quality, cat-specific veterinary services accessible and valuable.
- High Comfort Level for Anxious Cats: The "calm" environment and the staff's understanding of feline anxiety make it an ideal choice for cats who typically fear vet visits. A customer noted their little feral rescue cat was "completely comfortable here" for her first-ever vet visit.

Collegeville Cat Clinic Reviews
Very grateful to have brought my cat to this cat clinic. The whole team was attentive, considerate and kind. My kitty has CH disabilities which can be difficult for some places- but here, everyone was incredibly careful to keep him safe and he was loved on during the whole visit. He even got his favorite snack. Would definitely recommend this business to others. 🐈⬛️♥️
Jun 13, 2025 · Simone PatonKind, knowledgeable people work here. Dr. Castro is great and the whole office was very supportive when I had to have one of my cats put down. They even sent a condolence card. It’s definitely worth a bit of an extra drive to take my cats somewhere that specializes in their care rather than a vet who handles everything from hamsters to horses. In addition to all of this, they charge what I think are very fair rates for their services. I would definitely recommend this office if you’re looking for a good cat vet. I plan on continuing to take all my cats here, current and future.Edit: 7/2024We added a third cat to our family and this is the first vet she's ever seen and she seems completely comfortable here. My other two were from big rescues and seem to have some anxiety but this little feral rescue scooped up from the streets has no fear for the vet since this has been her first and only! The facility is always clean and calm and the receptionist is top notch in terms of compassion for you, care for your pet and making sure you have all the information you need to continue care at home. I've been able to call them with concerns and always get a prompt response. I really cannot recommend this place enough, especially if you have an anxious cat.

Apr 11, 2025 · Marilyn PurvisVery nice these people are the most nicest people. They truly care about your cats. Dr. Castro is amazing and really knows what she's talking about. We send all of our 5 cats there. The receptionist and Dr.Castro's assistant/nurse are wonderful. Definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you again for all you do for our cats.
Dec 11, 2024 · Trina NicholeDr. Castro, the owner/operator of Collegeville Cat Clinic, has been the veterinarian with whom I have entrusted my five cats their whole lives. She is an excellent vet who takes time to answer every question and address every concern, no matter how trivial it may seem. She is compassionate and thorough, and handles my cats with great care. Her staff is also competent, caring, and very helpful. I highly recommend Collegeville Cat Clinic for any kitty you have!
