May 07, 2025 · John ThompsonAlways amazing care. They know my two German shepherds like family. Dr. Rupert is an amazing vet and all of the support staff around him are friendly, professional, and have positive morale. They all appear happy to be working there, which tells a lot. I believe they all genuinely care about the pets and the owners, knowing the love that people have for their animals. Being a people doctor I realize these elements of providing care are very important. Families as well as patients need to be reassured that people truly care and this veterinary practice clearly demonstrates that.Andrew J. Young, MD
