★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Definitely recommend! The staff were very friendly and helpful and took wonderful care of our Posey for her spay, vaccinations, and sprayed her for ticks and fleas! The services were more affordable than other veterinarians around, and didn't have to play phone tag like I've had to do with another vet. We'll be back to have our other animals taken care of at CST as well! April 04 · Rochelle Brix
- Great people. Great prices. They were very caring with our dog. April 01 · Jennifer Hagan
- I have always had a great experience with them since humperdink my dog has been a pup and then when I got my cats they have always been great with them as well I will always highly recommend them they are always kind to me and are always concerned how my fur babies are and always explains how things should he done to keep my fur babies healthy June 20 · Ahnnie Strong
- I had an absolutely terrible experience at this veterinary clinic. My dog was attacked by a larger dog and was in critical condition, but the level of care and empathy we received was appalling. The receptionist was incredibly rude from the start, making dismissive comments about how busy she was and even saying things like, "If he's going to die, he's going to die." She also suggested that I could go elsewhere if I didn’t like it, which was beyond unprofessional during such a distressing moment.Despite my dog's severe injuries—including bite wounds and broken bones—he was left waiting outside for 30 minutes before anyone even offered to check him. When the veterinarian finally examined him, simple and reasonable questions were met with abrupt and dismissive responses. When asked if he would be alone all night, the vet bluntly said, "Yes!" When asked if anyone would check in on him, the answer was simply, "No." He even made a dismissive comment like, "If you need to take him somewhere else, you can do that too." All I wanted was reassurance that our dog would be comfortable, but instead, the vet coldly said, "Trust me, I’ve broken my leg—there’s no comfort. OKAY!"When asked if we could visit him after surgery, the response was, "We prefer not." This lack of compassion and willingness to provide any sense of comfort or clarity made an already heartbreaking situation even harder. When we made the heart-wrenching decision to put him to rest due to the severity of his injuries, the process was handled in the most cold and unempathetic way imaginable. Without warning, the vet anesthetized him while I was still saying my goodbyes with my daughter on the phone, and made a dismissive comment, “He can’t hear you; he’s anesthetized.” To make matters worse, this entire process took place in my vehicle, not inside their facility. After the final injection, the vet abruptly picked up my dog, placed him in a bag, and set him on the ground outside, saying, “It’s all over,” without any further words or acknowledgment of the emotional weight of the moment. He then shut the car door without saying a word and walked away...This was the worst experience I have ever had with a veterinary service. The complete lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic human decency during such a difficult time is something I’ll never forget. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. Only reason I went here versus my usual vet was because it was the closest to my home and I felt I needed my baby to get attention asap. I regret the decision of going here!! January 30 · Vanesa Ruiz
