- **NEEDS A MORE PROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST**I used to take my dog to Dr Bruketta years ago, along with several other people I know. He is a wonderful doctor. But I just got back from living out of state for the past 7 years and my cat needs a vet visit so his office was the first place I called. When she answered I asked if Dr Bruketta was still there and she responded ...um yea... in a tone like I was an idiot for even asking that. Then I asked if they still accept walk-ins and she hesitated again with that same tone, I'm guessing because they are close to closing. I quickly added I wasn't trying to come in today and she gave me their hours. After that, I asked her if she thought I would be able to come in tomorrow and if they were going to be busy. This lady started laughing at me like she thought I was a damn comedian and, still managing to keep that snotty tone, said ...I don't know! Tomorrow isn't even here yet!... I just hung up since she was still too busy laughing to hear me anyway. I guess she doesn't get to make too many of those things they call "appointments" with that award winning attitude she's got. I assumed since most people get paid on Thursday or Friday that he might just have several appointments and I might need to make one myself. But I'm sure he's not the only good vet around west Tennessee so I will find somewhere else to go. But I will make sure to share my experience with my friends and family when I ask for Facebook suggestions. February 08 · Bethany
