- Support of a Charitable Mission: As part of The Amanda Foundation, every dollar spent at the hospital goes towards supporting a crucial cause—the rescue, care, and rehoming of dogs and cats. This ethical component is a significant draw for many pet lovers who want their spending to have a positive impact.

- Welcoming Atmosphere: The entire staff is noted for being "kind, friendly, and genuinely caring," making the hospital a "blessing" and a "cornerstone of the community."
- Customer Service Flaw: It is important to acknowledge that some clients have had negative experiences with specific front desk representatives. One review was particularly critical of an individual named Kathy, describing the customer service as "appalling," "rude, and disrespectful." This suggests a potential inconsistency in the client experience that prospective pet owners should be aware of.

On one hand, you get access to a team of highly skilled and compassionate veterinarians who are praised for their expertise and for making pets feel comfortable and cared for. On the other hand, a key reason to choose this hospital is its noble mission. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Glicklin is truly the best vet! He’s always so caring, supportive, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I always feel confident that my dogs are in the best hands with him — he just knows what’s right for them. The entire staff and the nurses are also wonderful — kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. Having this clinic as our local vet has been such a blessing. It’s truly a cornerstone of the community.
July 23 · Naghmeh M.The customer service I received from Kathy was offensive. I have been taking my pet to this establishment for 6 months and I adore Benjamin the vet and endorse him completely. However, the customer service from their representatives is appalling. I believe this establishment is fantastic but has a major flaw due to Kathy. I have never experience such rudeness, and disrespect in any form of customer service in my life. I hope the establishments owners remove this individual from what could be an incredible veterinarian.
July 15 · Tana GrossbergI have been bringing my dog to Kenji to this hospital for a few years for a Cytopoint shot. My dog is 13. This morning Terri, the office manager called me to tell me that my dog can’t receive the shot without an office exam. My reply was “ok”. We proceeded to make an appointment for this coming Thursday. Terri then asked for me to pay for the appointment prior to coming in. She called it a deposit. I asked how much and she said 95 dollars. I calmly said verbatim “ that seems more expensive then the last office visit” and her exact words were “ I’ll send you your records so that you can find a place more suitable for you.” She then went on to tell me I wasn’t welcome there anymore. Completely thrown off I asked her what I did or said to upset her and her reply was that she could refuse service to anyone. This is a place I spend money every year on animal care. I’ve never had an interaction with anyone and didn’t have any negative emotions on the call until she suggested I go elsewhere. Dr. Ship does not like black clients. I am certain I am being discriminated on because I honestly have no other reason to be asked not to return. No over due bills. Always pay as agreed. No bad experiences until now. It has to be because I’m black. Thank God for iPhone I began recording the call when she put me on hold. This will not be the end of this.
July 29 · Lysette TitiDr. Benjamin Glickin, is amassing and humble. The staff is excellent and they work very well as a unit. Enzo, Dr. Glickin right hand is very , kind and helpful. I pray they can help Boston my little Yorkie!
December 19 · Betty MarshallI’ve taken my dog here for 2 years and I trust them with his care. They are always very thorough when I take him in and don’t try to sell me on things that aren’t necessary, like others vets I’ve seen. The staff has a great bedside manner and I feel that Dr G really cares about my dog.
