May 15, 2025 · Amanda BurgessMy visit with the Vet was good. I was told to follow up in 2 weeks to get prescription renewed and cant get anyone to take my call. The young girl answering phone on July 5th keeps saying thank you for calling I'm going to place you on a brief hold. 40 minutes later I still have not been addressed. I finally hung up and called back in only to get the same response.
Jul 05, 2025 · Leslie StilwellTook my dog cause she was sick. When I arrived the veterinarian came in and said that he would like to do x-rays which was $250 and a scope of her discharge under the microscope didn't tell me how much that would be or anything else and then he come back and told me that her x-rays were fine and that he looked at her under the scope and told me exactly what what's wrong with her and what he would like for us to do Ben said that he was ready to go and that he would get our paperwork together and meet us up front so we get up front and I'm thinking because of what he said initially about the price that maybe $500 is my top cost when I went to pay my bill was $1,000 and I felt like they should have told me what they was doing beforehand before they racked up my bill to $1,000 very disappointed and I'm not sure how they think that that was okay for them to do most buttons are doctors come in and explain to you the process and what they would like to do to see if you're okay paying that much but they just done it freely and then when I said to them not sure how I'm supposed to pay all this they said that I had to that if the services were rendered and I needed to pay very unprofessional of them to do that to people buried so I do not recommend anyone to go there if you don't have to
Jun 27, 2025 · Misty DyerGaston Veterinary came to Kang “the conqueror” rescue in time of need by giving him painkillers, eye drops, and antibiotics. My Kang ”cat in image” was injured in a brutal fight with the neighborhood bullies. They scratched his eyes, bit his head, and gnawed in his front leg. He courageously fought them off but was limping for a few days. When I ask if he was ok he said “you should see the other guys”!
Mar 15, 2025 · James NguyenDo not take your pets here. They do not try to treat the actual problem, just the symptoms. They just try to sell you stuff. Do not board your animals there. The kennel staff does not know how to treat animals. It's not clean. I will say the cat side is good though but just don't take your dogs there. The cat vets are okay but Dr. Catherine or whatever her name is is very rude and disrespectful And most of the time after clients leave she will be talking very badly about you
