★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Hope animal hospital is the reason my bunny was able to live as long as he did! His breed normally lives 6-8 years, he stayed with us for 12 years! He had lots of random health issues, especially as he got older, but Hope was always able to get us in, even in emergencies, and they were always kind and willing to help and listen. The really knew what they were doing. They honestly saved his life many times, and were the reason I was able to keep him happy and healthy even in his elderly years. They are the only vet I will take my bunnies to in the area!!! August 02 · Ellie Hall
- Hope Animal Hospital has been taking care of my pets (rabbits, ferrets, cats) for years and doing an excellent job of it! I recently moved farther from them, but I still make the trip to them for appointments because of their care and diligence. Their team is great and I can tell they love the animals they help every day! October 01 · Isabelle Roth
- I did indeed paid more than I wanted too. Than again, there's not many small animals that's around here so maybe that's why...they care for any animal here big to small. And my guinea pigs don't have mites anymore. They have great service so don't have to worry, your furbaby is in good hands. I like the how they decorate, and the welcoming whiteboard was a nice touch to the room too. August 19 · KJCruiser
- Great vets and staff! Very caring about the animals. Also, its really nice to have a vet that specializes in little critters like guinea pigs. June 06 · eric budo
- Took my rabbit in for not bearing weight on his back legs. Dr. Linda Beisswenger came in the room, did an exam and said she was going to look under the microscope to rule out ear mites and that she would be back. She never came back. I asked the tech to have her come back into the office because I had a few questions. she came back in and said “any questions you have the techs can answer for you” I asked Dr. Beisswenger why she was prescribing an antifungal medication if she told me it was a bacterial infection, and that I had already asked the tech and she was not sure. After she became argumentative with her treatment course, she told me “if you don’t like how I run my practice, the door is right there” then proceed to laugh, shake her head and walk out of the room. I continued to ask about his feet and wasn’t sure if bumble foot could be causing all of his symptoms. I told her I took my rabbit there for not bearing weight on his back legs and she didn’t address that issue. She said “well that’s not my biggest concern”. Ok? So you are just going to dismiss other concerns? They had me wait an hour, charged me $350 and wouldn’t even offer me 5 minutes of her time. UPDATE: got a second opinion from a different vet and found out my baby had condro sarcoma (cancer of his back leg cartilage) which was diagnosed with a 5 minute x ray. I had to have him put down. Dr. Beisswenger would have been able to make that diagnosis had she actually validated my concerns. Worst “doctor” ever. I will not be back. August 07 · Brandy Kimble
