This article will provide a detailed overview of what makes Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital a premier choice for local residents, highlighting their extensive services, convenient location, and unwavering commitment to client and patient well-being.
The core philosophy of Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital is to treat the pets and people of Irvine and the surrounding areas like valued family members. They understand that a vet visit can be a source of stress for both the pet and the owner, and they strive to create a calm, low-stress environment. The clinic is staffed with Fear Free Certified Professionals who are trained in gentle handling techniques to ensure your pet’s comfort and well-being are a top priority. This emphasis on a positive experience is reflected in the glowing reviews from clients who praise the staff’s kindness and nurturing approach. From the moment you walk in the door, you'll feel their commitment to making your visit as comfortable as possible.
The positive experiences shared by clients offer a powerful testament to the clinic’s dedication. One client who had moved to the Bay Area was so impressed with the clinic's "high standard of customer service" that they specifically asked if there was a vet group in their new area that could match it. This speaks volumes about the lasting impression the staff, like a receptionist named Nicole, makes on clients. It is a true rarity to find a service so excellent that clients are sad to leave it behind. The same review highlights their ability to handle "many dog emergencies" at their 24-hour sister location, showcasing their reliability in critical situations.
Another client with a new 9-week-old Goldendoodle puppy shared a heartwarming experience with Dr. Jason and the rest of the staff. They were described as "absolutely amazing," "kind, friendly, and nurturing." The client appreciated that the staff took the time to "answer all my questions thoroughly" and showed "tender care during treatment." The fact that they gave the puppy "so much love & pets!" further illustrates the team's genuine affection for animals. This type of care is especially important for new pet owners, as it builds a foundation of trust and confidence in their chosen veterinary partner. The clinic’s willingness to provide information, love, and support helps alleviate the stress of raising a new puppy and navigating early health concerns.
Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital's services are not only compassionate but also comprehensive, as a client whose Pug was successfully treated for broken teeth would attest. The hospital's ability to handle urgent and complex cases with patience and skill gives pet owners peace of mind. The staff’s willingness to communicate every step of the process, from diagnosis to treatment, ensures that owners are fully informed and comfortable with the care their pet is receiving. This commitment to transparency and expertise makes them a trusted resource for the community, whether for routine wellness or an unexpected emergency.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This group handled many dog emergencies (at their 24 hour sister location) and had the most excellent service.I moved to the bay area and today I needed my dogs records sent. The receptionist named Nicole handled it excellently and lived up to the high standard of customer service previously provided.Im a little bummed not having these guys as my dog doctors. I asked them specifically if they knew any group up here in the bay that has such great customer service like they do.That's how good they are.Highly recommend.
August 26 · NateDr. Jason and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. Kind, friendly, and nurturing to my 9wk old Goldendoodle puppy. They answered all my questions thoroughly, and showed such tender care during treatment. Plus, gave my puppers so much love & pets!
July 15 · Kiki IgartaI've never written a review for a vet, but I felt like this place deserves it. My Bourke Parrot Rambo was pretty sick the last 48hrs and looked pretty bad. I've had horrible experiences in the past trying to take my feathered friends somewhere I trust (took my parakeet to a local vet 2 weeks ago and he was dead less than 24hrs later)..so when I called last night to IVV I was really apprehensive.Dr. Bobula and the staff did an amazing job taking care of Rambo and getting him back to health! They were upfront about everything, talked about different diagnosis and care options, and actually gave him the time and care he deserved.I feel that exotic pets get a bad rap at vets as not being as important as cats and dogs, but at IVV it really felt like they cared for all the animals the same and gave attention to care for every patient.I drove over 30miles to come to this place for an emergency visit and Im glad I did. I would highly recommend them for anyone concerned for their birds. And no, price was not horrible considering the treatment. It's $185 baseline for all exotic exams, and then whatever else they decide to do..but honestly it was worth every penny to save this little guy. Less than 24hrs later in the first picture here and he looks like his old self with his meds. Thank you guys!!
October 03 · Killian HackettTo say I’m particular with vets in the almost 16 years I have had my dog is an understatement. After moving to Irvine finding a great vet was my first priority. And for small things to the potential more serious stuff everyone from the front to the back and both the vets are truly amazing. For the care they provide, the attention they give not only my dog but myself who can be too much for some vets with questions, way they clear waiting room for my dog aggressive old man, and just the positive attitude of everyone that works there gives me the utmost confidence not only to keep bringing my dog in his twilight years here, but also to HIGHLY recommend this office. They also have a 24/7 office close by that also has seen my dog for a late night emergency and they also were amazing. Prices might not be lowest but the service and care you get more than warrant it compared to so many other vets out there and their membership worth it especially if your pet older. And fact they are open 7 days a week 7am-6pm is so convenient. Cant say enough good things about this vets office.
April 03 · David TThank you for helping our family through the toughest decision. Even though we visited frequently the last two weeks and all the tests came back not ideal…or getting worse…I was never once suggested anything but positive options. I am so glad we found your services and your staff were wonderful and attentive. Ty for kissing Jojo goodbye for us!As for the logistics, prices were fair and I did not feel pressured to do anything extra. The membership was also a great option and made sense for my situation. I am grateful to have found this Vet and felt that Jojo was in good hands till the very end.
