All the veterinarians I've seen here are thoughtful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Their approach is consistently centered on how they can best advocate for my dogs' wellbeing. The prices are really reasonable for the quality of care, and estimates for more extensive care are clearly explained and noted. The receptionists, vet assistants, and vet techs worked with me and the doctors from the start to make it safe and comfortable for both dogs. For my senior dog, that means an ice-free path, no steps, gentle handling, and reasonable exam costs. I was even more impressed with how knowledgeable they were about handling my dog-aggressive (fearful) dog. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure my fearful dog has a good visit, including things like scheduling my appointment so the waiting area and entrance will be clear, opening a side door for us, and moving him thoughtfully through the back of the clinic.Regarding my fearful dog, their awareness of behavioral health is really strong, but so is their ability to recognize when specialty care is needed. After anti-anxiety medications they were confident prescribing didn't work well and training wasnt quite enough (they spoke directly with the dog trainer to develop a treatment plan!), I was referred to a specialist animal behavior clinic. They consistently show the same ethic of staying up-to-date an impressive amount of general care, including knowing when a specialist is a better fit (I could cite another case re: surgery, but this is already long!) - G O
