- Been going to this vet for years, the receptionist is very rude. When you're calling there it seems like you're intruding on her time and always in a rush to hang up the phone. After experiencing this for years, I told the receptionist that she was rude and she hung up on me. Needless to say I am no longer taking my animals here and the veterinarian herself was rude as well. April 21 · Karey Williams

- Called for emergency vet services after failing to get a hold of other vets in the area and was told they (marcus) would not see new patients especially in emergencies. My pet died shortly afterwards after I had to rush him to Anthon instead. The man who answered the phone at 9:40ish last night 7/3/2024 had no sympathy and was apathetic and rude. While I don't think they could have done anything a vet that refuses to even try to help an animal in need is awful and made the death of my pet that much harder as I desperately sought help. Take your pets there or not, but this was my experience with them. July 04 · J K
