Brought my sick cat in as my normal location was closed, the dr was very nice and helped as much as she could! The lady at the front desk on the other hand seemed rather short on the phone as I was crying after calling all three other locations with no help, then after I get there still crying with my sick cat she looked at me and goes “are you paying today otherwise it’s euthanasia” and I just can’t believe she would say that to someone actively crying with their sick cat before they had even seen the vet. Extremely cold and inconsiderate of her - Ruthann
