★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Brought my sick cat in as my normal location was closed, the dr was very nice and helped as much as she could! The lady at the front desk on the other hand seemed rather short on the phone as I was crying after calling all three other locations with no help, then after I get there still crying with my sick cat she looked at me and goes “are you paying today otherwise it’s euthanasia” and I just can’t believe she would say that to someone actively crying with their sick cat before they had even seen the vet. Extremely cold and inconsiderate of her January 23 · Ruthann
- Drive to Sioux City anywhere but Cherokee, you'll be better off, the vet there told me on the phone said we would need to do blood work on my dog, when I was paying the very expensive bill I asked if he would go over the labs with me, we started at the top and I asked what that ment, he said “I don’t know” we went to the next one, same thing “I don’t know” and so forth right down the line. He refused to tell me anything about the lab results. I’m done with them! This vet told me to take this paper work for her blood test home and figure out what it ment on the internet 😑 February 03 · Jeff Clark
- Valley vet is friendly, all of the staff are informative and very helpful. My pets enjoy going in for their check ups. I like that when I call with a concern or question they remember my pet and what they have been seen for. Even though I must have asked a few silly questions, I have always been given honest straight forward answers. I highly recommend Valley Vet. November 10 · Greta Millen
- Dr. Kacie is a wonderful vet for our equine vet! Her expertise is superior and our farrier said she is top notch! To top things off after a long morning she bought us lunch! I’m. So glad she is available on Monday with our farrier who is also excellent! August 17 · Rebecca Maurer
- They leave dogs in so much pain after surgeries or after shots. I rather drive 1 hour to sioux city to a another vet, by mistake my dog was sent to that vet after police took him in front of my house, the wind opened my door. They give them the rabies shot and my dog is in pain since I took him out. April 22 · silvia lopez
