We’ve been coming with our dog and 2 cats for a few years. Definitely pricey (but that may just be MA in general), but worth it for us. You can tell the staff here really cares. They are kind to the animals and explain things thoroughly always offering as many options as possible. We lost our dog last fall and our cat last month and they made everything seamless. The amount of care they showed and the options for remembering your pet was so nice. Afterwards we received cards in the mail that were not just the generic sorry for your loss. Would definitely recommend!

Jun 16, 2025 · TibbittsI hesitate to write this review but hope it could help others in making sound decisions when choosing vaccinations and how many vaccines you give at the same time. We brought my dog in for her yearly exam+vaccinations and she passed away within 10 days. She had liver disease, was extremely stressed out during the visit and got 3 vaccinations at once. She was never the same and her condition quickly went downhill in the next few days until she passed at just 6 years old. Do I think she would have passed from the liver disease eventually? Yes. But before the yearly visit, she had a really great appetite, was going on 45 minute daily walks and running/playing with her toys every night. I strongly believe getting 3 vaccines at once expedited her liver failure. We trusted the vet to make the right decision for our dog based on a medical history review and the medications she was on and judge whether or not her body could handle that many shots. We are heartbroken and there's nothing that could bring her back. But I hope that this review can help others to not make the same mistake if you have a pet with a chronic condition. We will never know but perhaps just getting one vaccine at a time could have made all the difference.
Oct 30, 2024 · Kristen LeeI am working myself in the field where customer service and responsiveness is a number one priority.Had my appointment scheduled for 2pm today, when I got there I found a beautiful notice taped to the front door(please see photo attached)Snow emergencies do happen but you have to at least call/email your clients to notify about cancellations.Instead, 45 mins of my time wasted and my cat was stressed on his way to and from the clinic, he needed to get attention from the doctor today but got stress instead.Such a disappointment knowing the fact that I’m very loyal customer and has been bringing 2 of my cats to this clinic. Please work on your work ethic and make your customers the number one priority.Thank you
Jan 07, 2022 · Sasha SerdiukThis place has taken care of 4 of my pets and I can honestly say MAMC have been critical to the health, happiness, and quality of life for all of them. My cat and 3 dogs have all been patients, as well as my partner's 2 dogs. From my old sweetheart pitbull, grace, who needed 8 teeth pulled and they stayed 4 hours after closing to care for her to my hound dog that had skin cancer and was there for various skin ailments for years before his death, to both of our new puppies, I am grateful to have Dr. Boardman in charge of their medical care. I have gone to him for years now and he has been knowledgeable, caring, patient, and thoughtful with my pet's care. The vet techs (especially Brianna, but really all of them) have been warm, thoughtful, and thorough when working with my pet's, gathering information, answering questions, and being so kind and caring when dropping off a pet for surgery or an emergency. During those stressful times, I could count of them to answer phone calls and answer questions. 6 pets and 3 generations of pets so far, more to come.I would recommend them to anyone I knew.
