Newton Animal Hospital, A Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner Reviews
I love this Veterinarian office. Everyone from the front desk staff to the Vet technicians and Veterinarians are all very warm and welcoming. Wait times for scheduled appointments are minimal and the care is always excellent. It's comforting to think my pet is in good hands.i would not hesitate to recommend this place if you need a Vet!
May 10, 2025 · kathy goldbergI have changed my review of this place. They stopped approving Amazon pet medications and will only go through chewy, I suspect because they’re making juice on the other end. Incredibly hard to work with, doctors seem fine, techs can be quite rude. My cat eats a prescription food for thyroid. She has for years. They wanted me to bring her in for thyroid testing 2 months prior to her physical to make sure her thyroid is okay or they wouldn’t give us her prescription. Sorry but we’re not gonna draw blood for this every 6 months. The cat is fine. When I finally convinced them to just approve the food, they botched it twice with chewy. Now we’re out of food. I have moved so we’re moving in anyway, but what a hassle.
Jun 10, 2025 · Brad MattisonThey have been taking care of LuLu my cat since she was a kitten. Over the eight plus years they have done an excellent job and are gentle with her which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend.
Nov 23, 2024 · KennethThe vets and stuff at NAH are highly professional and wonderfully dedicated, caring people. Praises to Dr. Rubinstein–our primary care vet–who takes all the necessary time to discuss in depth diagnosis and treatment options, whether in the clinic, on the phone, or email correspondence. Our occasional experience with Dr. Rezek and Dr. Ning was likewise. We are very pleased with the unlimited clinic visits included in Thrive membership. The 10% Thrive discount on treatments/lab tests is nice too.
Mar 25, 2025 · Moshe JakubowskiI have a 4 year old golden doodle and we absolutely love this hospital. Very responsive front desk staff by phone and email. Dr. Ning is great, always super kind and very helpful to all my questions
