Mid-Valley Veterinarian Hospital Reviews
Dr. Mary helped our dog in an emergency on a Saturday afternoon. THANK GOD FOR HER!!!!! My dog had a freak accident on a Saturday that required her to have stitches because she ripped herself open right through the muscle. It was pretty bad. I was so scared and didnt know what to do. Our normal vet was closed, and so I searched for emergency vets. This mid valley popped up and I called she said come down. I did. Long story short, Dr. Mary was AMAZING!!! The place itself seemed alittle run down when we first got there, but the care she gave was more than enough to look past that. She saved my baby. She knew exactly what to do and how to do it. And for a Saturday emergency, she was more than reasonable with her prices. I thought it would cost thousands. It did not! She surprised me with how little it was. yes, it was still hundreds of dollars, but it was not nearly where I had in my mind it was going to cost. I would definitely recommend Dr Mary because she is an animal lover. I can see this. Again, the place itself can use some sprucing up, but the quality of care is bar none!!! THANK YOU DR. MARY for saving my dog!!!!! She is my baby.

Nov 27, 2019 · Jumping Frog Vlog Channel with KrystalIf I could give zero I would… it was a Saturday and most vets are closed. I called because I was having an issue with my cat. He was throwing up and at first I thought it was a hairball, but it turned out to be something more anyways I called around and Dr. Mary was the only vet that answered the phone and she was even willing to meet me that day. I brought her my cat and she gave him a shot and an IV treatment in addition to some medicine that I wasn’t supposed to start until the next day not even 10 minutes after the appointment because I live very close my cat was limping his right back leg essentially was Just dragging along.. I called her and I told her what was going on and she goes “well. It shouldn’t be.” But it was she told me to call around 7 to 8 PM to let her know how my cat was doing and there was no change so I brought him back this time. My boyfriend came with me. I brought the cat in and at first she kept telling me my cat was a girl and that he was eight years old. He was seven and I assure you he was a male she also stated at one point that she couldn’t see, which was really alarming and she forgot that she stuck and injected him on the right side I assume maybe she accidentally had a nerve when I brought this to her attention. She became very defensive. I meant in no way to insult her, but I mean my cat wasn’t doing this until after we left her office, she was very rude. She essentially told me that it was my fault that he’s sick because I didn’t bring him sooner and that things like this happen to cats all the time they just go downhill very fast. This obviously upset my boyfriend and every time he spoke, she immediately cut him off and essentially just kept her focus on me she gave me more pills for him, but he didn’t get any better. We drove over an hour and a half to the animal hospital and it turns out my cat had cancer. He had a lump And the emergency room doctor allowed and she has no idea how the other doctor could’ve missed it. He also had a mass in his neck. Which again the vet at the hospital has no idea how Dr. Mary could’ve missed any of this. Unfortunately, we had to put our kitty down. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. He was my first fur baby and I loved him so much and I’m not entirely saying that this is Dr. Mary’s fault he had cancer regardless of what she did I just feel that she Was Unprofessional and clearly lack diligence, but then again my baby was sick and she was the only one that answered at the time so I put my faith in her. I don’t feel she’s a bad person, but the second visit around she raised a lot of concern with things she’s stated. I just wanted to share my overall experience.
Sep 28, 2024 · Jahji YoungI'm giving 3 stars because I'm grateful that they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday morning, but the place was a mess, and the woman who helped me insisted my cat had earmites when he actually had an ear infection, so I'm disappointed.
