★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- My pets and I really like the staff. They are now my preferred vet because my stubborn dog seems to get along well with them. My only issue really is that you cannot leave a voice-mail and they are almost always so busy they cannot answer the phones. Very good service other than that. I do recommend to go here. - Scott's my ride or die! Granted theres times daddy would love to just strangle him with hugs and kisses to put him to sleep 🙄 but I'd doing anything for him. A few years ago he started getting really sick an loosing all of his hair & appetite. I spent so much time an money trying all the special foods, diets, soaps, voodoo magic which craft but nothing seemed to work. Then I finally met Adam Free, and his super nice & sweet staff. He did some tests an only a couple visits later found out about his Thyroid condition. Going on about 3 years now. I should have posted this way sooner. I couldnt be more happy getting my buddy back to his annoying self!!! March 23 · Dennis Crawford
- I had to take Gracie to spend the weekend. I was sad but the ladies all made me feel comfortable about leaving her. They love her and that makes me happy. Thank you all for loving my Gracie Memphis!!! ❤️❤️❤️ January 26 · Tammy Brantley

- My cat got VERY sick VERY quickly over night. I stayed up with him all night and my sister in law helped my husband and I get him in asap. I live about 30+ minutes away and was worried about how my boy would do riding that long. But I’m so glad we took him to this vet. This vet is absolutely worth the drive! They cared enough for a total strangers cat (who wasn’t even a patient at their clinic yet!) to squeeze him in that very day! When we got there the staff was very kind and welcoming and the wait to be seen was not long at all. We were taken back to a very clean room where our cat would be looked at. We had our cat in his little “pet taxi” cage when the vet came in. Our cat was obviously afraid so he was reluctant to come out so the vet had to get him out and that was the moment I knew that this vet was the right choice for our baby. He was so gentle when pulling our boy out and I could tell that he knew how to handle a cat without hurting them and my cat seemed to understand that he was there to help. The vet was so kind and easy to talk to. He was very reassuring and comforting to not only my cat but to myself as well because he noticed how nervous I was when he had to give my cat his antibiotic and fever reducing shots. My cat was extremely sick when I brought him in and within hours after the visit he started to show improvement, by the next day he was able to cough up what he needed to cough up much more comfortably and by the 2nd day after being seen he was back to himself again. I would absolutely recommend this vet to anyone with a pet! I can’t say it enough how grateful I am for the vet and the staff at this office for caring about my cats health and wellbeing! My cat and I went in to this office very worried, scared, and anxious and we both left feeling so much better and relieved! If you bring your pets here you will just know that they’re in good hands! I know this review is long but I hope it will help others know what to expect when going to this vet and help them to know that this place truly does care about the animals they see. Thank you guys for taking care of my baby boy! August 12 · Echo Van Horn
