This facility and medical team do amagnificent job in delivering the best care to beloved pets experiencing a health emergency. When our precious cat, Milo, experienced a turn for the worse on a Saturday, the medical team was already overwhelmed yet took the time to assess and care for our baby. They are compassionate, sincere, and do their best to provide the best treatment. Even though our Milo was gravely ill and ultimately passed away, they provided us with clay pawnprints and a lock of fur to treasure. Through this extremely difficult process, they were compassionate and kind. I appreciate all that they did for Milo and us. I highly recommend this facility. They are a special group of people who care deeply for both furbabies and people while providing great care. Thank you for all that you did to help our cat. - Karla Rose
