Pet Pal Veterinary Clinic Reviews
Very friendly vet and staff, took my puppy for heartworm prevention, and my 8 year old white cat for a check-up. Very happy and would highly recommend. They also have a rescue, which is no kill, and they are affordable and non profit, they run vaccine clinics too. It's just an all-around great place.
July 13 · Mandy BeeI have been coming here for years and can say I absolutely love this shelter veterinary clinic. I got my dog from the shelter and take her here even though I live far Dr. Smith is an amazing surgeon. He has done multiple procedures on my Dog and handled her with care as she is an older dog. Their staff is very friendly and doesn’t make me feel bad for calling and asking lots of questions.
August 27 · Samantha SaadAmazing experience at the Vet clinic! The staff were all incredibly kind and truly knew how to take care of my dog. Oh, and the prices were so cheap! Will be recommending to anyone in the St Pete area
August 18 · Grace AdlerVery friendly staff. Have to put 3 stars because I called in to schedule an appointment for worms and feline overall health. I was told the earliest we can make an appointment is next week, which I was okay with. But then I was told the services I want are walk-in only anyway. I didn’t need to go today over next week, I could’ve waited. I got vaccines which is great but now I have to find another free day to get him checked for worms. They give me my cat back without any worm testing which was the whole reason for me coming in.Everybody makes mistakes especially in communication. But I was also there for 2 1/2 hours. Kind of ridiculous being I was the second person in line.If communication on inquiries, and communication inside were better, this would be a 5 star. Sorry if I just had a bad experience! If you aren’t rich this is the best option for you. But be sure to ask every detail and question you have about every single procedure or test you want. bc the staff don’t actually know what can be done for a walk-in. I got like 5 other tests done under feline package but didn’t get what I needed most. Communicate Effectively , 5 stars
August 08 · dallas trubeyGreat service and great pricing! Last year we got our dog fixed and they did an excellent job. Previously we had spent 600 dollars at another clinic to have our male cat neutered which is outrageous and was not even close to what we paid for our dog. Today I utilized their walk in service as our cats needed their rabies shots updated. I was impressed with how efficient the experience was and the pricing was extremely affordable. The staff were very friendly and I felt comfortable with them taking care of our babies 🫶. We will not go anywhere else.
