PetVet Vaccination Clinic Introduce
For pet owners in Michigan, ensuring our furry companions receive routine, preventative care is essential for their long-term health and happiness. PetVet Vaccination Clinic in White Lake provides a convenient and affordable way to meet these needs. Located inside a Tractor Supply Co. store, this clinic specializes in core veterinary services, focusing on vaccinations, microchipping, and minor medical treatments. This model offers a streamlined, cost-effective alternative to a traditional veterinary hospital, making crucial pet wellness services more accessible to the community.
The clinic's approach is designed for simplicity and value. PetVet operates with a clear mission: to provide essential health services without the added expense of an office visit fee. This transparency in pricing is a significant benefit for many Michigan families, allowing them to budget for their pet's annual check-ups and preventative medications without unexpected costs. The clinic is staffed by a team of licensed veterinarians and veterinary technicians who are dedicated to providing compassionate and professional care.
A review from a satisfied customer highlights the positive interactions, stating that the staff was "fabulous" and treated their pet "like he was their own." This kind of personal attention, where the staff is "very pleasant and attentive," demonstrates the clinic's commitment to creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners. They also offer packages for different life stages, from puppy and kitten visits to senior wellness, which bundle services and make it even easier to stay on a proactive health schedule.
While the clinic's service model is highly praised for convenience, some feedback points to potential challenges with customer service and wait times, even with recommended appointments. As one customer noted, a negative interaction with a staff member can impact the overall experience. However, another person’s experience of being accommodated without an appointment shows that the staff can also be flexible and helpful when possible. It's a testament to the fact that, like any service, individual experiences can vary, but the clinic's core value of providing accessible care remains.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve used Petvet a few times in White Lake at Tractor Supply for vaccinations. Never really had an issue. Until this time (7/2). Whoever was greeting people/directing people was NOT IT. First of all, her demeanor was really giving nothing but snark and I hate my job vibes. She was not even attempting to hide her face or attitude card. She was downright rude and disrespectful to several people that I witnessed, including myself.I approached the counter and immediately felt the tension rise. I was asked if I registered. I said yes. But I have a question. She was NOT pleased. I explained that my dog was one day past the window for his booster and wanted to make sure he could get it before I waited for a text for an hour or more. She grumpily went to ask the Vet and returned saying ‘it should be fine.’ Ok. Off we go to wait. Finally we get out text.A nice sweet last was trying to pick up her dogs prescription and this employee would not even talk to this woman and kept directing her to register. Unless this is policy, why would you make someone register then wait for a text to pick up a prescription rather than have a simple conversation??She was also very grumpy with a family that had a shopping cart with them. She visibly huffed and puffed when they were trying to move the cart around the huge barrier with the sign on it to register. I moved the barrier to help the cart get through since she was too busy looking disgusted to be bothered to help. She treated everyone with nothing but attitude, disgusted faces, huffs, puffs, side eye, and eye rolling. Imagine how they portray high school girls in movies- that’s exactly it.I’m sure I’ll go back because it’s convenient for vaccines. But if you hate your job that much, please quit! Don’t bring down everyone else’s day with your poor attitude!
July 04 · Carla GellerEveryone was fabulous! They treated my Kody like he was their own. Very pleasant and attentive to him and to myself. Told me if there was any questions or anything they could do to let them know. Great place to take your animal too.
January 28 · Roberta MaynardMade an appointment for my 11 week old Pomeranian for the DHPP, Lepto and Bordatella vaccine. Somehow we were charged for the “Puppy Visit 1” which we did not need and this was expressed to the vet- Dr Breana Kraut. My puppy was already being treated for parasite/tapeworm but they didn’t listen and re-dosed him anyways. He also didn’t get the Lepto or Bordatella vaccine that we needed. Walked out with a 100$ charge that we did not approve and my dog didn’t even get the vaccines that he needed. What a scam. Never will I come here again. GO TO A REAL VET next time.
June 29 · Stacey Van DikeI am on dog #3 using PetVet and I can honestly say each dog or puppy has been treated with care. They are very organized and quick. If additional information on your case, they take the time to do whatever is needed.
June 29 · Corliss SpragueExtremely stressful and rushed. I brought my 2 dogs mainly a parasitic test and shot updates. One lady who was handling the services was extremely loud and was non-stop talking regarding if I was paying to her or stop paying attention to handling. While people before me and my dogs started standing to close to the point I had to ask them to keep their dog away from mine. While the whole time another girl handling the payments started charging my credit card without letting me know. I almost paid for something that had cost more than the appointment itself which I could hardly afford in the first place. Plus l didn't even get a chance to use a coupon I had for the appointment. Every time I come in it's some sort bad experience: crowded, out of vaccines, incorrect data/info entered in, stress environment for the pet and/or person.
