Plains Animal Hospital: Williamson Andrea DVM Reviews
I used to sing praises about this place but that ended Saturday. Our dog Tulipa took ill Friday and went downhill fast. I made the painful decision overnight that her time was up. I called the office Saturday morning to ask them to assist in this sad process. They had "no time" and were booked for weeks out! I'm supposed to reschedule my dogs demise? They had treated Tulipa for most of her life and when her time to cross over came, they abandon her. She had to go to a strange office with people she didn't know. We have put other animals down there and they always made time. It's just horrible that they pushed her away like that. I will not forget it and I will NEVER go there again!
Oct 03, 2024 · Kyle BlankenshipWe have seen several different doctors here over the past decade and have always been met with compassion and care, from the front desk to checkout. They’ve even helped us save money when we were being over cautious and didn’t end up requiring extra care.
