Wish I could give a 0. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE. WASTE OF TIME.My 7wk kitten’s pupils are two different sizes and one eye is bloody looking. This happened why my partner and I were out to dinner and we noticed soon as we got home. Took her here as a last min resort thinking we’d get some clarity. Drove an hour and got there a little before 9pm.Waited in the waiting area for over an hour. Moved to a room, waited another hour before we saw a nurse. She took vitals and left. I went to ask up front if they’d forgotten about us, as there were hardly any cars in the lot, they said no. Then, they began turning lights off and cleaning.Waited another hour, at this point it was 12AM. My partner and I have jobs and can’t afford to take time off last minute. If you are an “emergency” vet, you should treat the patients as such. Waiting 3 hours for a possible kitten concussion is not the way to handle that. We didn’t even have the doctor come exam the kitten during that 3 hour period. We walked out, and no one was at the desk, all the lights off, and just kept walking.I hope she makes it to the morning for me to get her to see her regular vet. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE. I am frustrated and scared because I tried to get help for my baby and they couldn’t even provide that. Please go elsewhere, depending on the condition, your babies lives could depend on this. - Hannah Williams
