Polk Veterinary Clinic: Brotherton Trina DVM Reviews
During these crazy days of the virus, I was a little skeptical about visiting a clinic that I’ve never been to and not being able to go inside during the appointment. I read reviews and decided this was the place I wanted to go to.Super Super compassionate and caring staff including the Doctor! She was very upfront and honest about everything and didn’t try to gouge the bill. I definitely will be going back to them again in the future!
April 26 · Valerie WattsI took my dog to P.V Clinic and was very pleased I did. My dog received wonderful care for her spay. All of the employees I met were friendly and efficient. I am comfortable knowing any animal I take there will receive the care they would require. Information I needed to make a decision was offered and the prices were fair.
October 18 · Vicki UleryWould not recommend this vet. I spent roughly 400.00 on an ultrasound for my dog, ( i asked for the pics so i could take them to another vet, they are refusing to give them to me), turns out, my dog has a tumor, which Dr. Trina said if we wanted to have it drained, call them, and they would work us into the schedule, was also told we would not be charged an exam fee. So i called them, now all of a sudden, i have to make an appointment, they will charge an exam fee, plus antiobiotics, pain medicine, etc...I wouldn't have minded paying those costs, if they had been up front with me about everything. This is not the first time my family has been put thru something like this with this office. My daughter took her dog to her to be spayed, they ended up charging my daughter way more than the price they quoted her on the phone. We were clients of hers for 11 years, and this is how they treat people.
