★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1All staff were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Quebec Highlands Animal Clinic to a pet owner. While I was filling out paperwork I was seen by an assistant who took a picture of my young kitten and said the doctor would be in the room shortly. He came within a few minutes and answered any questions or concerns I had. He even stayed to watch and play with the kitten, Max. Very impressive!
June 24 · Sharon CorbittWe adopted our 17 month black lab and needed to establish a relationship with a local vet. Our first visit was with Dr. Pei who was so warm and attentive. Our fur baby was so relaxed the entire time. We were not rushed at all. We returned a month later this past March and met with Dr.Cruz who our baby also loved. Dr. Cruz just like Dr. Pei took so much time with us and recommended we change our baby's diet which was spot on. We also were very impressed with Emily who again was so good with our baby and gave us so much time. All staff encountered during both visits were warm and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic.
April 19 · Charmelle BEveryone is always very professional and friendly, and I feel like we get the best care possible every time we come in. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and every tech who sees our cats are so excited to see them and give them love and attentive care. I love that they attach photos to the emailed invoices so I can see my cats baby pictures as well! It really shows off their little personalities.
August 12 · Jupiter KnightDr. Clow is amazing - so helpful and devoted to the service of pets and their owners. She spent so much time helping us prepare for our doggo to travel back to Australia - researching the requirements, following up lab results, etc. She has been a great partner through the journey.
July 11 · Tula ZengWe have been taking our fur babies to Quebec for several years and they take great care of them. When we walk through the door, everyone greets our pups by name and are gentle with them. They listen to what we tell them is going on and are always treated very well. They really show they care for all the pets that are brought in.
