Robinson Animal Hospital Reviews
This vet clinic - they are ALL INCREDIBLE. Dr. Abigail Davidson is the most incredibly kind and sympathetic vets I have ever known. When it was time to say goodbye to my best friend Squeaks, of 14 years, I was SO RELIEVED to see her face come in the exam room when we had to barge in for the emergency appointment. When Abigail saw who the patient was, she knew it was time having treated her deteriorating heart failure condition for the past few years. Dr. Davidson was fully prepared with the final act of compassion, in the form of injections, already in her lab coat pocket. By doing this small act, she spared us from having to wait those extra agonizing seconds to minutes for her to go and prepare these while we waited. Those moments seem like days in times like that. She peacefully ended my pup's suffering quickly, gracefully and humanely. I will NEVER forget her for this. Dr. Abigail Davison was (and still is) the angel that opened the door for our dear Squeaks to be able walk through that celestial doorway, the path for her to go back Home to God.
May 25, 2025 · Brandi MooreToday was one of the saddest days of my and my family’s lives. Our 18 year old tabby was terminally ill and it was obviously time to make a humane decision. I called Robinson Animal Hospital on a Monday and they scheduled us for the next day. They were considerably less expensive than other vets I called. I honestly had no idea what to expect. We showed up a little early for the appointment. We stayed in the car with our cat until the room was ready. When they called us in, I was crying hysterically. The entire staff (from the front desk, to the vet techs to Dr. Davidson) was extremely compassionate and gentle with us and our elderly, cancer-ridden cat. They explained everything that would happen and allowed us to take our time and say our goodbyes. Dr Davidson explained what was happening as she administered each medication and reassured us that everything was fine. When it was all over, they brought her out to us in a beautifully wrapped memorial blanket and gave us an envelope with her paw prints. We buried her in the memorial blanket from the hospital because it was comfortable and perfect for our beloved cat. It was an unexpected and beautiful gesture from the hospital.I wish I could give Robinson Animal Hospital more than five stars. But they will have to settle for the deepest, heartfelt gratitude from my family. ❤️
Mar 19, 2025 · Laura HannaI wouldn’t want anyone else to take care of my baby Sadie. This will be a LONG review but the overall short version is this… take your pet here for the ultimate treatment and care. Not only will your pet be respected but you will be as well.Let’s start back in March 2022. I brought my cat in for the first time here for her normal injections. The doctor informed me that she saw a potential cancerous sore in her mouth. She was pretty confident it was cancer due to her illnesses and her age. Me being a young woman my cat was my life I cried profusely in the room, the doctor was so comforting to me and talked with me on all of my options and even gave me time to cry and call my mom. Not once did I feel rushed to make a decision or even that I was over reacting. The doctor was insanely kind and respectful. I did see a review on here that said they are late and behind often. While that has not always been true for me please know when going to a vet sometimes people are behind because they are giving people like me time to process and think what I want to do.Ultimately, I did put my cat down about a month later because the medicine was not working and she stopped eating. As I was putting her down, the staff made it known that I could take my time and as much time needed with my cat. I went alone and the staff even hugged me and this made me feel not alone. They then sent me a card with all staff signature.Recently in August 2022 i became a first time dog mom!!! They guided me through everything for first time dog moms since I got a 8 week puppy. They gave me a what to know book and some pamphlets. My dog was recently spayed in January 2023. Unfortunately my dog was somehow getting to her incisions without me seeing.. I was able to send photos to the dr and they wanted to see her for a quick visit the same day!! They gave us some medicine and cleaned the stitches as well. All I can say is I have never in my life felt more valued and respected. TAKE YOUR PET HERE.
Jan 10, 2023 · Amber MyersWe love Robinson Animal Hospital! The ladies who run the front desk are friendly and efficient. The vet techs are great as well. We use Dr. Seckler for our corgie and two cats and she is wonderful. On the occasions we have needed to see someone else, they have been great too.
Jun 07, 2025 · Kira HeinrichI took my daughter's cat here today. The atmosphere is very positive. The physical "plant " is clean, well- lit, and quiet. The tech we had was so gentle with Mittens. My 16 year old granddaughter was with me. Mittens is her cat. The tech did not try to push tests and such. They were explained and offered. We were not pressured in any way. The kitty's ears were itchy. We thought it was mites, however it turned out to be yeast. She needed some vaccines and my granddaughter was a little freaked out. She was afraid the shots would hurt and her plump little friend was going to cry. The shots were administered so easily, Mittens and Lilly almost didn't even know it was done. Mittens was handled professionally and with, to me, great care. She needed a nail trim, some, um, clean up in her posterior area, and her ears needed cleaned, and they elected to do these things " in the back " and away from us. I was pretty happy with that. Those ears were disgusting, lol! I was impressed with the temperament of the technician and the doctor. Now I know you want to know about prices. I won't quote from the invoice, but Mittens received the office visit, nail trim, vaccines, ear cleaning, cytology for the yeasty ears, a sample flea preventative, AND the medicine for her ears for under $300. Cost wasn't really a factor for Mittens, she's been saving her cat coins lol! However many people avoid the vet because of Cost IMHO. This place is not greedy. They do not insist on testing and they didn't try to upsell us. Final words: great care, no pressure and prices that made sense. I left there feeling very good about the whole experience. Mittens could not be reached ( she's under the bed) for comment. Thanks for your time!
