Rolesville Veterinary Hospital Reviews
EDITI am editing my review because my guinea pig had to be put down after her surgery at Rolesville Veterinary. She aspirated and was on oxygen and lasix and was told that she needed to go to an emergency vet hospital.Due to my experience here, I won't ever bring another pet to this vet. I would like to say more, but my opinion is a result of the very unprofessional experience here when things took a turn for the worst.EDITRolesville Veterinary treats exotic animals. It took me a while to find them calling around other Vets in Wake Forest. My 2 year guinea pig had a lump develop on her back.It started to grow in size, so I got concerned . I called and got an appointment within a day. Very friendly staff. The appointment went well, and the vet was very kind and caring, and knowledgeable. She immediately diagnosed the problem as a cyst and scheduled surgery. Will update after surgery, but I feel 100% at ease knowing she will be in good hands.
Jun 19, 2025 · Jeffrey ShippFurever Grateful! Dr.Sawyer and staff saved my dog's life when he rapidly developed pancreatitis. The level of care, communication, options, bedside manner etc. was the absolute best in this most stressful time. I highly recommend this practice and will continue to take all of my animals here, including 2 dog's, and cat, and a rabbit. They care for all.
Apr 10, 2025 · Melissa ParkerI very rarely write reviews, but I had amazing service today and felt the need to praise the hospital, my Vet (J. Chaffer) and my attendant today (Paris)The hospital is clean, professional and friendly. It is always clear that their primary concern is making sure my kitten and I both feel comfortable and safe. They make tremendous effort to keep you well informed. I have the Wellness Plan which is a fantastic deal and takes all the pressure out of my hands. They reach out to me when my kitten needs to meet a routine test or vaccination. My little guy had worms and they guided us through the process pleasantly.I wanted to write this review to sing my particular praise for Paris. Paris was phenomenal, and extremely sweet. She is intelligent, compassionate and a true asset to the clinic. I loved my experience with her, and was so impressed with her absolute breadth of knowledge! I feel extremely seen any time I visit, and my kitten always leaves excited and happy. No ‘big bad Vet’ experiences here!
Jun 20, 2025 · Riya ParshadSo friendly and helpfully! They take such a good care of our girl Bailey. Never turned away if you have question or need help. Thanks to all of you!
Feb 23, 2025 · Johanna McCallIncredibly disappointed with this place. We took our dog there for a prosthetic consultation/exam since he had recently had his leg amputated. During initial conversation on the phone with them they informed us that they could help his situation having his leg amputated at the shoulder, needing a full leg amputation, this turned out not to be the case. They charged us for the consultation and exam, but never followed through with helping us after that. At the consultation, we were told they could still help him out, but it may take a couple weeks to find the manufacturer to make the prosthetic. Almost 2 months later after having to follow up with them myself, they informed me they could not help because they didn’t have a manufacturer they wanted to work with for the prosthetic. They willingly allowed me to schedule this consultation and exam for a full leg prosthetic, knowing that they do not do full leg prosthetics. It was incredibly dishonest on their part for the vet who deals with the prosthetics to even meet with us and look over the dog when they already knew he had his leg amputated at his shoulder and that they couldn’t help us. They misled us, kind of false advertised their services, and gave us false hope. We were misled, and as a result, wasted all that time with them thinking they could help us, when they knew they couldn’t. We could’ve use our money and time on getting help from another vet who actually cared.I spoke to several people after politely, requesting a refund, explaining that we never received the services that we paid for. That we were told they do full leg prosthetics, when they never did. They should’ve done the right thing and just refunded us but they did not.Needless to say, we are not doing business with them, because they don’t do service they said they did. So they’re not interested in helping us out anyways.I would suggest to them to not schedule any more consultations with dogs who have been amputated at the shoulder. Since they are well aware that they do not do full leg prosthetics.
