May 07, 2019 · Ann CowlesDo not take your pet here! They have plenty of business and cannot see your sick pet. This was our VET and when we called Saturday morning for an appointment, they said they were OVER BOOKED and could not see our cat. Three calls to vets later (who will not take new pets), we found and emergency pet hospital that was able to see him. Wr were given meds and told to follow up with our VET. Now our cat has not eaten for 3 days and we call OUR vet again on Monday morning and told them what happened. Their response; "we are booked and can't see your pet for another 3 days. You can take him somewhere else!" Please do not consider Summerfield VET as an option. They apparently have enough business and our pet is not important to them!
