★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I really wanted to like them, as the staff seems friendly enough. I had no issues with them when I brought my dog in, but my new kittens are a completely different story. My kittens have had horrible upset stomachs since I got them. When I brought them in for their distempers, I was told it could be stress and to wait it out. Meanwhile, the diarrhea got worse and vomitting began. I called looking for help last week, followed up this week and sent an email... and still have not heard from ANYONE with even the slightest bit of help. I called another local vet, who was kind enough to offer some suggestions and assist with caring for my kittens, who's conditions have worsened. This vet doesn't and shouldn't have to help, but so the kittens are well taken care of, they are stepping up. I can understand being busy, but not returning phone calls, or emails "because we are busy" is a pretty poor business practice. Needless to say, I will take my business and money elsewhere.
August 27 · Courtney KoenigsIn this day and age of busy lines and chaos when going to the veterinarian…I found a gem!!!! The staff was so friendly and informative and the Dr made our puppy feel safe and comfortable for his first visit. They were so efficient and yet thorough. 💕🐾

We now soften her food before feeding
February 21 · Marii Bei posorskeI just moved to Berlin in March 2025, and had not yet connected with a vet clinic I felt comfortable with in the area. My geriatric dog was seen on an emergent basis this week She has a complicated health history, with multiple diagnoses. The clinic staff were very attentive and professional. Within 24 hours, she was making positive progress, and she has an updated treatment plan, to meet her changing health concerns. I'm so thankful to have such competent professionals so close to home!
May 15 · Sheila johnstonHave been going to them since 2018 but as of recent will be going somewhere else I don't know if it was sold but the prices are getting to expensive I shouldn't have to choose between my beloved animal or bankruptcy. I want a vet clinic that cares for the animals like the rocky mountain vet he truly cares for the animals and not prices. Now don't get me wrong the vets and staff are great everyone is so friendly and love the animals but I feel it is not owned by a single vet and maybe now a corporation and for that it saddens me that I have to find a new vet. In my price range. If you can afford them I truly recommend them because like I said the vets and staff are great.
